Second, they REFUSE TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL FLIGHTS. FOR ANY REASON INCLUDING MEDICAL. THEY REFUSE TO REFUND. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM, PERIOD. Take your business elsewhere. They have AWFUL customer service. They just want your money and once they have your money, they don't care anymore. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY AT ALL EVER.

Booking with eDreams was almost too easy considering how anxious I am about booking travel.The first time I booked, there seemed to be an issue on the airline's part - the flight to my destination was an hour shorter than the return flight, even though it was non-stop. The result was the airline canceling the booking which at first concerned me, but then I realized why it had been canceled AND that I had actually mistakenly booked the wrong dates (I think due in part to the fact that it was so easy to book on the site). The good news is that I was never charged and I was able to immediately rebook with the correct dates and a different airline. Reason I chose this business: It seemed like the best option for booking international travel and had good reviews online.
