Vaccination heavy. Don’t ask, just tell you your child needs “this shot or that shot.” I no longer do vaccines because my youngest has suffered a vaccine injury we found out from a very credible doctor. I was also insulted by a doctor here who shamed me because I didn’t get the covid vaccine while pregnant. Be educated before you go here.
Dr. Krous is wonderful. He is kind and attentive to the kids. Takes time to listen when you have concerns.
Dr. Kaylee Heim has been so exceptional to us and our baby girl. I cannot thank her for the wonderful care she brings to the table each time. Her nurse is also absolutely amazing and so friendly each visit. They make each visit go so smoothly, i could not recommend them enough or be more thankful for her team.
Dr Krous is always attentive, easy to talk to and listens…not just to the adults but the kids he treats as well. His nurses are kind, gentle and so loving to my kids! 10/10 every single time!

We love Edmond Pediatrics! Dr. Fricker always takes our concerns seriously and always makes sure our kids have the best care! Scheduling is always easy and I appreciate that we can get same day sick appointments! The nursing staff is also amazing and we always leave feeling well taken care of!
Such a great place! Clean, comfortable and friendly. Our baby girl was treated like she was the most special baby in the place. Highly recommend!
NEVER GOING BACK
Will never be returning. The staff are always in a bad mood and rude. The nurse who gave our son his shot couldn't even tell us what it was. When I wanted to see my doctor she wasn't even there and when I had concerns about my child. They were almost frustrated that they had to check when she would have available. Will never recommend any to go here.
Our son has gone here since leaving the hospital. We have gotten nothing but the best care and comfort from this team! We love Dr. Kaylee and nurse Shelly!
Been with EP for 7 years with my 4 kids. Had to reschedule a few appointments and they refused to see me for “missed” appointments. I haven’t missed one appointment I will admit I have had to RESCHEDULE if I can’t make it to an appointment at least I call to RESCHEDULE my appointments everytime. It’s crazy you can be with a pediatrician for 7 YEARS but don’t dare call and reschedule cause they will let you go. Without a notice I may add.

Ms. Richardson, Unfortunately we do have a policy that covers missed appointments and late arrivals. We do our very best to work with our families because we understand that life can get messy however out of respect for our other families we do have to maintain our policies for excessive missed appointments. October 25 2023: No baby should have a fever of over 102°f for 3 day in a row, now 4, and be sent home with just tylenol, diagnosed with teething. I even got a Covid and flu test done even though I know damn well it wasn't that (it came back negative). Me and my husband travel all over the East of the US and never have I been with such an incompetent doctor. We have 4 kids so yes, We have lots of doctor visits and been to various doctors. Never had I had a doctor roll her eyes at me either! I don't even have insurance, I'm self pay and I payed for a mediocre doctor. I didn't even bother remember her name. She's the one one with a Bob. She had also given my baby her 4 month check up and she didn't even tell me any basic stuff like others have nor did she give me any dose of how much tylenol to give my baby for pain/fever. This is just paying for tylenol.
Edit june 25 2024 : I'm having trouble now with my new pediatric in another state cause these people refused to put down the vaccines she'd been given and now we have to wait to get her shot records🙄 such Lazy people working here. It wouldn't even have taken them more than 5 minutes, but whatever.
