My husband noticed significant browning on our Arborvitae trees. Steve took his time to review pictures and speak with us regarding the causation of the browning. After the pictures he was able to spot rope strangulation and outlined for us the next steps on our other trees. He really went above and beyond to help us here. The Owner of EDG, Steve, personally came to my home on Saturday to inspect my Arborvitaes, which are browning badly. Steve's response was timely and he addressed all of my concerns. I was fortunate enough to not require any service/treatment at this time. EDG did not sell me something that I did not need. Steve refused payment/mobilization fee, which is impressive during this costly times. The EDG operation is professional and of the highest integrity.
