Eddie is Exceptional!!!! Eddie is very knowledgeable and professional. He provided quick and responsive communication. He is very pleasant to work with, reliable, and worked very quickly to solve my computer issues. I took my computer on a Friday and had it back in less than 24 hours! He is very affordable and honest. I added a tip to his fee and sent it via VENMO. He immediately contacted me to see if I made an error in overpaying him or if it was a tip. He is easy to communicate with and his responsiveness is outstanding!

I found Eddie on Google. He is amazing!! He came to my house and picked up computer on a Wednesday evening. He installed Windows 10, I had Windows 8 and put a new hard drive in for me. I had my computer back by Friday night. It works great and runs at a way faster speed!! The price was so reasonable. Its like I have a brand new computer. I recommend Eddie for all of your computer repairs. He went above and beyond for me.....

I needed to install some extra RAM/memory & storage for my new gaming laptop, and he guided me on what I needed to do to install it at home! Since I had already bought the stuff ahead of time (and since the pc build wasn't too complex), he didn't even charge me anything! He was very helpful for my situation, and I highly recommend him!

Very professional, but also so easy to speak with. Squeezed us in, even though it was a not the easiest job and was done over the weekend so we would be back up and running for monday. This guy knows what he is doing and so reasonable in price! We will definitely be calling back when we need any computer work or help.

Eddie was amazing! First he responded quickly and we set appointment for the same day. He took time to watch error occur and determined a possible issue. Then, he took the tower with him, diagnosed, solutioned the issue. Eddie had the computer humming again the following day. Finally, he returned tower and explained root cause and the solution in a clear and concise manner. I highly recommend Eddie. I will call for his assistance again if needed without hesitation. This afternoon I googled looking for computer help!! I choose Eddie because his address was close by! Left a message, and Eddie called within an hour. He asked me to do a few things with my computer, then made the decision that he needed to pick my computer up and fix it. Within another hour, Eddie came by my house, picked up my computer, and said he would work in it in between appointments. By 7:30 that night I had my computer back, with all my issues fixed!!! Eddie is the real deal!!! He is on my speed dial!!!

One of the most detailed and smart person I had the pleasure of doing business with. It doesn’t matter if it’s 3am or 6pm he will do wherever it takes to get you up and running he fixed my pc when a repair shop couldn’t. I would recommend him over any shop I am so glad you getting my computer working again and stay working hard and doing what you love!
