Installation was completed without any issues and the system commissioned in accordance with their advised schedule. We are really happy with the product and the result.

Entering the solar installer world can be a little intimidating and overwhelming. There's alot on offer out there and everyone claims their systems and deals are the best. Alot of money as well. Fortunately, we went with Ecoefficient. From go to whoa the team were professional, friendly and... efficient. The young men who did the installation, led ably by Ollie, were excellent. The system itself has already proved worthy. Hassle free and ticking over nicely. These guys specialize in solar, right down to the last bolt, and it shows. Definitely recommended.

We did a lot of research before deciding to use Ecoefficient for our solar and battery system and are very pleased with the installation and performance of the system. It has been faultless. Once the system was up and running we changed power providers to a company that benefited solar users and we have not paid for electricity since! The credits received in the sunnier months have off set the less sunny winter months. We expect for a whole year we will have zero power cost. Not only is the system delivering free power for our house, but also for our electric car which means zero running costs for the car too! Ecoefficient have been very competent, knowledgeable and helpful with any concerns or questions we have had. If you intend having solar installed this is the company you should use. Having lived with the system for a while now, I can say the performance has far exceeded the expectations set in that first conversation. What set Ecoefficient apart from the other quotes I received was the lack of any agenda to upsell me on tech I didn’t need. With some other companies, it felt like they were pushing solutions for their own benefit. Quick turnaround on proving competitive quote and once accepted installed was scheduled to be completed within a matter of weeks. On install day they turned up fully prepared with all materials they might need and more ensuring they could complete install in only 2 days. The installers did a tidy install and cleaned up after them self at end of the day and at completion of install. Had several follow up calls ensuring the system was preforming as expected. The system is currently exceeding expectations given middle of winter and has reduced power bill to bare minimum. Glad I choose Ecoefficient and the sig energy system.

Ecoefficient were great to deal with. The staff were all courteous, respected our property and did a professional, tidy job. Laura and Rachel kept us up to date with when the job would begin and days the boys would be on site. We have a passive house constructed with SIPs. Shaun, Tim and the team took the time to learn how to maintain the integrity of a passive building and we are very pleased with the end result. We are enjoying looking at the app to see how well our solar system is performing and how much change there is to our power bill. We also installed an EV fast charger. It is easy to control the charger with the app so we can maximise our solar power remotely.
