Upstairs neighbor had a slow leak in bathroom plumbing that resulted in saturated dry wall in mine. The drywall for soffit and one wall had to be removed. Heated blowers and dehumidifier ran for three days to get rid of remaining moisture. Dylan assessed the situation. Omar and his assistant did a fantastic job! Ecoclean and the technician Terry were great. Communicated well upon arrival, walked us through the home, set expectations and did the thing. We were comfortable leaving the home while the work was being done and he finished right on time. Would gladly rehire them and request Terry again in the future.
The whole process was easy and very professional. Vincent and Mark did an amazing job with the water damage we had in the basement, from removing the carpet and installing fans, to promptly picking up equipment and checking that all was dry.

Terry did an excellent job again cleaning our carpets and sofa. He was very professional and thorough in his explanation of what he was going to do.
