Matt and Dan came out on a Saturday to do this install. This hisense system works great and looks great! I really like the black heads units. Matt was very flexible and informative during the whole process would highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work!

Two months ago I had a heating and cooling company come to my home because my heat pump wasn’t working. The technician opened up my heat pump and told me that my main board was out and a wire was fried and that the repair would be $1800. Of course I wanted a second opinion I ran into Matthew in the Butcher shop in Eatonville and when I pulled up, I noticed that his heating cooling van was out front. When I went into the butcher shop, I asked Matthew if that was his business. He said yes, I own Eatonville Heating and cooling. I asked him if he was willing to come out to my house and do a diagnosis on my heat pump. He graciously accepted and came out to my house to give me an estimate and know what part he had to order. When he got out to my house, he noticed that were two burned wires most likely due to a power outage that we had. Within 10 minutes of cutting the bad wires and putting on the correct wire nuts my heat pump was working. I asked Matthew what I owed him for the service and he said that he was on my way home anyway I didn't owe him anything. Black Hills heating and cooling was going to charge me $1800 for a board that was not bad and to splice two wires. Matthew graciously came out to my house, immediate realized it was two wires and also tested my main board which he found to be good. Matthew saved me $1800. Eatonville Heating and cooling is a company you can trust, and Matthew is a wonderful person. I would never as long as I’m alive go anywhere for my heating cooling needs other than Eatonville Heating and Cooling. Matthew, the owner is an honest person, and he honestly cares for his customers and he’s looking out more for his customers that he is his wallet. The only advice I could give you is to trust Eatonville Heating and Matthew with all your plumbing and heating needs because I will for the rest of my life.
