Your customer feedback form stated you were extremely happy with our services, describing them as "great," which makes this review surprising. Regarding the volume of items, you reported an inventory over the phone that was more than doubled on moving day, filling our truck to capacity and requiring an additional stop to your daughter’s garage for storage, as your storage unit was full at max capacity. This significant increase in items, not mileage, resulted in the final cost of $1,400, compared to the $600 estimate based on your initial report. This adjustment was clearly communicated by our team to you during the move. For the follow-up pickup, you initially planned to use a truck provided by Morningstar Storage for a couple specific items but later expressed discomfort driving it. When you requested a crew on Tuesday afternoon for Wednesday, April 30th, we informed you our schedule was fully booked, with no guaranteed availability, but agreed to try accommodating you at your insistence. Our team made multiple attempts to contact you throughout the day to provide updates. At approximately 8:30 p.m., our crew, even nearing their DOT-regulated hours limit, called to offer assistance in helping you, which you declined. We have since attempted to reach you several times via phone and email to resolve this matter, but you have not responded. We would love the opportunity to speak with you.
