Rooms were great staff were great untill our last day.
We had breakfast booked apparently for one night which is a mistake somewhere. The 2nd day I showed my email to the three staff and they agreed for us to have breakfast. One of my friends had two slices of toast, the other a half bowl of coco pops (tiny bowls) I had a fried breakfast. After we had finished eating the manager Amy come over to us read my emails, dismissed what the other staff had said and forced me to pay £50, no discretion at all. Was a horrible experience and very embarrassing for us.
An overnight stay booked at short notice.
From the moment we arrived the staff were so helpful, the room was spotless with great views over the parkland grounds.
Booked a meal in the restaurant where we were looked after by Caitlin, who again epitomised the fantastic service offered by the hotel
Everything was good
☺ Locality for our girly Christmas Party night! Perfect place to be. The only thing that wasn’t top notch was the pink Prosecco pre drink, it was awful sweet & wishy washy certainly no alcohol in it!!
☹ The property was brilliant & the breakfast superb.

We would definitely stay again and recommend to others to stay - particularly being doggie friendly.
☺ This would rate as being one of the best doggie friendly hotels we have stayed in. The location of the room to the outdoors was fabulous. There were doggie bowls, treats, poo bags and a blanket ready for our precious pooch. The outdoors were fabulous, with walks and doggie waste bins available to use.
☹ There was mould on the bathroom ceiling / due to lack of ventilation.

We celebrated our 35th anniversary at Eastwood Hall , we stay here for most of our important times of life.

☹ When i initally made the booking through booking.com, i highlighted traveling with pet but when booking was processed my pet was not added.
