Just what we needed for a minimoon with our dog ☺Dog friendly,spacious,nice grounds,staff friendly helpful,nothing too much trouble. Showers powerful,food delicious, lots of comfortable and relaxing seating areas.breakfast was comprehensive., plenty of choice and.sslection. generous dinner allowance for dinner bed and breakfast. ☹These are niggles only - bed hard, steam room tepid first thing in morning, bar not attended during day and waiting to be served in evenings as there was only one server. Not all items on menu available.

Feel ripped off ☺The original room we were give had holes in the carpet, rips in the couch, mould around the window and stains all over the ceiling. When I complained they really were not that interested, after some quite strong words they did give us another room, after me saying pointing to a picture saying it was false advertising as that is what I booked and that’s not the room we were given. They did give us a better room at an additional charge. ☹The pictures on the website does not represent the room we were given and expecting.

Dear Christine, Thank you for reviewing your recent experience, I am sorry this was not to your expectations, we have different type of bedroom available in the hotel, some are refurb and some are yet to be done. we do not false advertising but have many picture of all our room on all our social media. I can confirm the room you originally booked was a double. we could move you room to a superiors room with a charge. My understanding is this was explain to you at the time. Again I can only apologies that we did not meet your expectation on the first room that you were allocated

We got married at Eastwood Hall on the 13th of July, having the ceremony, meal and party in the Chatterley Suite. We honestly can’t praise the venue enough! Throughout the booking process, Diandra was on hand to answer any and every question that we had - making quite a daunting process really accessible and easy. Every request we had was looked into and they took a lot of the little jobs off of our plates. On the day, Amy and Danny were on hand to support throughout the day and a lot of our guests commented on how seamless everything was! We stayed in one of the apartment suites which was clean, spacious and perfect for what we needed. Can’t thank the team enough!

Great stay at a friendly hotel ☺Stayed here after our wedding night. Staff were amazing and helpful, room was beautiful with great views, just what we needed. Would recommend it! Breakfast and spa a great touch too ☹We only booked two nights, wish we'd booked more!

Beautiful grounds away from the bustle of Nottingham. ☺The tranquil grounds, helpful staff, breakfast outdoors. Loads of parking. ☹Good measures being taken re sustainability such as bamboo room cards, but therefore surely shampoo etc should be in re-fillable larger bottles not one use plastics

Thank you to Beth, Rebecca, Craig, and Seb for hosting the USA Touch Rugby campaign We brought over 9 full teams and staff and were treated like kings. Rehab facilities, hydration stations, efficient service for everything The hotel team went above and beyond with a welcoming reception for our players, specialty food adjustments to cater to all of our dietary requirements. The staff seamlessly captured external events such as weddings, seamlessly integrating all parties without any space issues or overlaps.
