New to the area, we woke up to our five month old very unwell with covid. All practises were either closed, booked out or simply refused to see us due to her condition. As we were just about to make our way to the emergency (and spend a gruelling whole day there with a bunch of other sick kids) Dr Sajid Siddiqi called us personally and told us to come with her. The very wonderful reception had told him about our call earlier, and doctor sajid just saved us. Correctly diagnosing her with dehydration and an ear infection, we are so pleased to say that she woke up today so much better, all thanks to the care initiated by Dr sajid. We are SO THANKFUL for the care and compassion we received, even when it was obviously inconvenient for him as the day was done. He did not have to go that extra mile for us, but he did. What he might not know is that, as a Christian, I prayed to God to send us the right people to help us, and he really did. Five stars, and for the future, we will consider this practise our new go to for the family!
