10 out of 10! I cannot recommend Eastern Surveyors enough. They're very competitive on price, highly responsive on emails and George was absolutely fantastic at taking the time to speak with us and explain any issues in full detail.
We had a level 3 survey done at a property we were looking at purchasing. Unfortunately, the property had a lot of significant issues and George took the time to go through everything over the phone, making sure we understood the extent of the issues, stopping us from making a huge financial mistake, which I am incredibly grateful for.
Because of the issues at the property, George advised if we didn't want him to write the report up, we would be refunded half of the fee. We agreed not to have the report written up, and we received the refund within 20 minutes.
Both Alexandra and George were incredibly friendly and helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Nothing felt like too much and she took her time with her explanations. The same goes for George. I had a very good experience for the service from Eastern Surveyor two weeks ago. George came in an unusual snowy day but still arrive on time. All the process didn't take long, but with detail of the issues I've never noticed even I lived for two weeks. And the compiled excel sheet is very helpful to tracking the issues and progress. I'm glad I've chosen them for the snag checking.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Eastern Surveyors from start to finish. All communication was prompt, friendly and professional, and the process was very smooth. They dealt with all the arrangements with the seller and kept me informed on the day of the survey.
It was great to be able to highlight the areas of particular concern to me, which I can see from the report were addressed in detail. They also identified many issues that I would not have considered and provided useful guidance for ongoing maintenance. The report was comprehensive with photos to show the points raised, and was very well structured and easy to understand. The report was delivered quickly after the survey, which was very helpful as there were several issues that needed to be raised with the seller.
Having spoken to friends and family who had received very poor surveys, I was in two minds about arranging one at all, but I'm so pleased that I decided to go ahead. It just demonstrates the importance of researching your surveyor. Given the quality and professionalism of the service provided, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Eastern Surveyors and would definitely use them again.

I would highly recommend Eastern Surveyors, they are hands down the best company I have dealt with for a very long time. We have used them twice now and each time their communication style and information updates have been amazing. Everyone I have spoken to there was super helpful and really friendly. The reports that come through are so detailed and George is more than happy to go through anything in detail if needed.
