Eastaway were excellent in all respects. We needed a quick sale for a good price to enable us to buy a property we had found. When he came to give us a valuation, James immediately got what was special about our property and would appeal to the right kind of buyer. He advised on marketing strategy to achieve a best price, which was significantly higher than other valuations we had received. James and Kim prepared excellent marketing material and quickly had the property on the market and viewings lined up. Within a few days, we had a sale agreed to a cash buyer for the best price James had advised. They continued to advise and support us throughout the conveyancing process. I would have no hesitation in recommending Eastaway.

We found that James and Kim have provided us with an exemplary service. Our property was a grade 2 listed building in the historic quarter of KETTON. They undertook an extensive and very accurate market appraisal and managed to get the property to market within a few days. The quality of the photographs and videography were truly outstanding. They arranged all the viewings and helped us achieve a very favourable sale price. Their commitment and level of communication throughout the entire process was spot on and they spent a significant amount of time liaising with all parties to make the processes as smooth as possible. For a relatively new company, they are really performing at a high standard and in my opinion well beyond the other top end estate agencies in the area. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody who is looking at selling their property……

Buying a house isn't easy, but it's certainly interesting. Well, it should be interesting at least. James made each house we saw interesting to us. He quickly worked out what we wanted, he knew we would and wouldn't like and didn't shy away from pointing out the things we probably wouldn't like. But, he was able to suggest ideas that we could improve the properties to how make it how we would like.
He has excellent knowledge of the area and the back story of each property and what their current owners ejoy about it and their reason for moving on. So you feel well informed before making one of the biggest decisions of your life.
Once the decision is made, Kimbley is there to make everything as smooth as possible until you pick up the key.
