Increasingly despondent about the state of our lawn, we started to explore our options to bring about a change. We considered a maintenance contract, finding a gardener, getting new turf laid until we remembered a neighbour had used Easigrass Essex a few years ago. Based on his recommendation we decided to arrange for a site visit. Enter Dave. The consummate gentleman. No pressure selling and any concerns we had were soon allayed. Left with a sample of Mayfair it didn’t take us long to decide to go ahead. And so it was that today the ‘dream’ team arrived. Quiet, hardworking and with a very evident pride in their work, it wasn’t long before our garden was transformed. I haven’t stopped looking at it since. There is also a huge sense of relief. We’re getting on a bit. It’s another tick in the box towards keeping us independent. Thank you.

Superb service from start to finish. Efficient when booking the sales visit with no pressure whatsoever. Dave was very knowledgeable and helped with selecting the right grass for my doggy daycare. As soon as I instructed their services I received a detailed itinerary of what to expect from skip delivery, materials delivery and installation team - Every element was bang on schedule and all teams were helpful and efficient. The installation team arrived right on time this morning and were polite, helpful and super tidy. They even helped a chap who wanted to collect the old astroturf load it into his car! They did a fabulous job and even when we did find a slight miscommunication with the layout, it was rectified immediately with no issue whatsoever. I am absolutely delighted with the finished project and would highly recommend Easigrass to anyone wanting top quality artificial grass and service.

Great experience from start to finish. The team at Easigrass Essex were professional and friendly. Dave explained the options clearly and the installation was done within only one day! and to a really high standard. I was sick of weeds and grass dying from the winter, the artificial grass looks fantastic and has completely transformed our garden. It’s neat, realistic, and very low maintenance. The installers were punctual, tidy, and made sure everything was perfect before leaving, it’s like they weren’t even here. Highly recommend to anyone thinking about artificial grass from Easigrass Essex!

I cannot recommend Easigrass (Essex & Hertfordshire) highly enough for both service and quality of product. Dave promptly came round to quote and explained the different grass options there were and explained how the grass would be laid. On the day I decided to use Easigrass and pay deposit, Dave had booked the installation date and advise what would happen on the day. The fitting team were very friendly and ensured before they started the floors in the house were protected before they started bringing materials through the house. They worked quickly and ensured I was happy with the installation before cleaning up after themselves.

We are delighted with our new lawn so far, which is looking so smart. Last week we were having to look at a boggy mess from our windows. We were unable to walk on the lawn and the dog was banned from the garden because he brought in so much mud on his paws. In a matter of less than a week we now have a new Easigrass lawn. Many thanks to David and his team who from start to finish have been amazing. David arranged everything from start to finish and as promised, all arrangements went like clockwork. The installers led by Sorin, were efficient, polite and so hardworking. They left our property clean and tidy, unlike some workmen we have used in the past. All in all, a brilliant job was achieved by everyone, not forgetting, the office staff who were also very efficient and friendly.

Dave, from Easigrass has a wealth of knowledge and expertise and helpfully explained the various options for our lawn and landscaping. The estimate was very reasonable and the whole project was completed in just four days thanks to Dave and his brilliant team of men who worked like Trojans! The sub base was expertly prepared and the artificial lawn had no visible joins and looks and feels so realistic. We can use the garden all year round now which is such a bonus when our grandchildren pop over. I would definitely recommend EasiGrass to anyone considering an artificial lawn.

We had Easigrass fit our grass in march 2025 and had the pet friendly grass fitted vey nice and fitted nicely, unfortunately recently we noticed weeds coming through and more recently noticed like a small clover looking plant coming through,so contacted Easigrass they said to send pictures also said the grass might need them to do a maintenance job on it then said this is £200 pound even though it’s only been laid 6 months which I find hard to believe after only 6 months

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you were happy with the initial installation of your pet-friendly grass. We’re sorry to learn that you have since experienced issues with weeds and clover growth.

Artificial grass is designed to minimise maintenance, but as explained, occasional natural growth can sometimes appear at the joins or edges. With the early autumn fall, warmer days but dampness as well this is a good period for air-bourne spoors/weeds to fester in your newly laid grass. In the documents that were sent over to you with your warranty details, "Maintaining your grass", it mentions there about using a low bleach weed killer. This will kill off any spoors you may have growing but does not damage your grass in any way. Our maintenance service is available to help manage this and keep your lawn in the best condition, but we only use this service if our customers ask us to.
