I am absolutely over the moon with my new garden! The artificial grass gas transformed it beyond measure, and I honestly can’t believe how amazing it looks.
The team from Easigrass Birmingham were fantastic from start to finish. Travelled to Derby to quite and then do the job. They worked tirelessly all day and even had to trek across a field to get the grass into the garden due to restricted access. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
They were polite, friendly, hardworking and an absolute pleasure to have around. I am delighted with the end result and would like to say a huge thank you to everyone at Easigrass Birmingham.

Just had our rear garden Astro turfed and I must say we are over the moon with the results. From dealing with David at the planning stage, his knowledge and experience was clear and he was able to answer any questions we had and helped with some ideas around finishes , shape and the samples he had left with us to mull over. He was patient and not at all pushy giving us time to make our decision and was able to get us a fitting slot earlier than we had anticipated. Prior to fitting we had clear communication and any further questions were answered promptly.
On fitting day (4/9/26) Dave’s team arrived as planned in terrible rain and got straight to work. I was watching at various points and noted that they were laying boards and covers at access points taking care to protect my property and previously laid new patio.
The team worked incredibly hard all day appearing to not stop for lunch and it was clear they took pride in their work and were extremely professional, respectful and with an eye for detail.
At completion of the job ,I was offered to inspect the job and to sign a comments sheet scoring the team for the day and making any comments I wished to make, on this occasion it had to be 10/10.
The Astro has only been down a few hours but we are extremely happy with how it looks, the finish.and feel that I f we had any issues we would have no qualms from David and his team to fix them.
Overall we would recommend Dave and his team.

We engaged Easigrass to revitalise our front garden that had been looking scruffy. Initially we were visited by Dave who listened to what we wanted and offered suggestions. The 3 guys who fitted the artificial grass arrived promptly at 8.30 as promised and were extremely professional and courteous. Dave turned up half way through the installation to make sure everything was going smoothly. After laying the grass they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves leaving at 3.
The results are fantastic, and the quality of the product and installation were excellent. Easigrass were not the cheapest quote we obtained, but after seeing the results I would absolutely recommend them.

This is the second time that my wife and I have employed Easigrass (Worthing, West Sussex) and we are thrilled to bits with the end result. The professional manner in which the Easigrass was laid was second to none and it was laid exactly, as we wanted it to be. At each stage of fitting we were consulted on our requirements and great care was taken not to disturb our existing flower beds etc. At all times our recently paved area was protected from dust and dirt and when they had finished the job they ensured the site was cleaner than before they had started. In our opinion a job, very well done. From experience we know that their maintenance and care package is brilliant and we look forward to seeing them on a yearly basis.
The biggest waste of money I have ever experienced, paired with childish aftercare and communication.
This review relates specifically to the Cambridge branch of Easigrass and should not be taken as a reflection of any other Easigrass locations.
I would like to start by acknowledging Daniel, who carried out the work. He could not have been better. He arrived on time, was polite, professional, and worked incredibly hard throughout the day. The issues I experienced were not a result of his effort or attitude.
The initial enquiry process was positive. Communication was a little slow at times, but the information provided was helpful and informative. We were keen to have our artificial grass (which was not originally installed by Easigrass) professionally maintained before our babies' christening, so we were working within a relatively short timeframe. Nick managed to fit us in, and the quoted service included a Zeofill infill rather than kiln-dried sand.
Two weeks later, on 16 May 2026, Daniel arrived early and personally carried approximately 30 bags of infill into the garden before spending around seven hours completing the work. Unfortunately, this is where the problems began, although again, they were not related to Daniel's workmanship.
The Zeofill infill consists of very small stones designed to sit at the base of the artificial grass to help lift the fibres and reduce pet odours. We have two dogs, and from a distance the lawn looked excellent after treatment.
However, there were several significant issues.
Firstly, during the machine spreading process, the infill went everywhere. Our fountain was filled with it, the patio was covered, and despite Daniel's best efforts to tidy up, it took me over a week to remove most traces of it from the surrounding areas.
Secondly, I was told the infill would settle down into the grass within one to two weeks. Unfortunately, that simply did not happen. On the morning of our christening, the lawn looked great from afar, but as soon as you stepped onto it or looked more closely, it was covered in thousands of tiny stones.
On 22 May, I emailed Easigrass to express my concerns about the excessive amount of visible infill and requested a call back. I received no response. By the time of the christening, babies and young children could not comfortably crawl or play on the grass because of the amount of infill present. Considering many of our guests had young children, this was extremely disappointing.
I sent a further email on 28 May after hearing nothing. By this point, our dogs were collecting the stones in their paws, and we were even finding them in their water bowl.
I finally received a response on 29 May advising that the team were away and would contact me upon their return on 3 June. When no contact was made, I chased again on 5 June and was told that Nick and Daniel would attend on Sunday at 08:30.
Sunday arrived, and so did 08:30, but nobody turned up. Nick and Daniel eventually arrived around 09:30 without any apology for being late. When I queried it, I was told that Nick had only said he would be collecting Daniel at 08:30. My email correspondence suggests otherwise.
The visit itself was disappointing. When I raised concerns about the visible stones, the dogs picking them up, and the fact that children had been unable to use the lawn properly during our christening, I felt my concerns were dismissed. One response in particular stood out: I was told, "They're harmless. They eat them in America to cure a hangover." This was not the professional response I expected when raising genuine concerns.
It was also clear that Nick did not want to be there. He quickly left Daniel, who looked visibly uncomfortable, to once again attempt to machine-brush the infill further into the grass.
Today, 14 August 2026, the lawn is still covered with these small stones. I can no longer use my artificial grass cleaning machine because all it does is bring the infill back to the surface.

Do not use their WhatsApp service. I was quoted £1900 for 30m2 installed. The area has increased to 45m2 but the price following a survey is now £3700 for the same speciation, basically double. I then said to the surveyor I will go back to the 30m2 to be told they couldn’t do it for that cost and the office wouldn’t know how to price such a job. I’m now left with garden ready for a lawn but not enough money to install it. Get a survey day 1 and avoid using the WhatsApp.
