Its not possible to give 10 stars, but if it was, I would !!! Neil and his team Joe and Jordan did an absolutely fantastic job for us, creating a wonderful new patio, from a bare, muddy, ugly lawn. They worked really hard and tirelessly through all sorts of weather, taking real care and pride in the job. The end result is a beautiful space which we shall really enjoy using. Would recommend them really highly. Thank you Neil and team, and your ten stars are here **********.
Julian, we can’t thank you enough for your wonderful review.
We hope your garden brings you much pleasure.
You have both been such an absolute pleasure to work for.
Thanks again.
Here are your TEN stars for the bacon sandwiches **********
Take care both.

We used easigrass this summer, product is excellent and the service was fantastic from start to finish. You can be sure you’re getting what you pay for with them - hundred % recommend. Thank you!
We were delighted with the work undertaken by Jon and his team. So much attention was paid to the detail and no corners cut. Jon was very keen to ensure it looked as good as possible and took time over the quality of work, rather than rushing to be finished. We had a small aftercare issue which was dealt with immediately and resolved within 24 hours. Good quality paving and landscaping by a team who are proud of their work.
Great & thank you for the excellent 5-star review and kind words, we really appreciate it.
We are pleased to hear that you are happy with the results of your fitting and the service you received from our company. We look forward to welcoming you back as a customer for your yearly Maintenance service.
Kind regards

Great service. Fast call out for quote, and super speedy scheduling for installation. Installation was seamless. The gentlemen were approachable, hard working, and completed the work in one day!
Would recommend to family and friends!
Used Easigrass after extensive research of local companies. Their previous reviews do not lie. From the original survey by Sanjay to the efficient installation by Manish and Jay we could not fault any part of the work. They turned up exactly as expected, carried out the work with great professionalism and left our garden in a spotless condition. I wold not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and family. I am absolutely over the moon with my new garden! The artificial grass gas transformed it beyond measure, and I honestly can’t believe how amazing it looks.
The team from Easigrass Birmingham were fantastic from start to finish. Travelled to Derby to quite and then do the job. They worked tirelessly all day and even had to trek across a field to get the grass into the garden due to restricted access. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
They were polite, friendly, hardworking and an absolute pleasure to have around. I am delighted with the end result and would like to say a huge thank you to everyone at Easigrass Birmingham.
I cannot recommend them highly enough! 😊
Really happy with the service. Dave listened to our requirements, offered to clean up the area (e.g. rotting wood, a broken bench and steps) and organised a hassle-free installation service that was completed the week after. The team did a great job on the day and excellent job of cleaning up afterwards. Very pleased.
Thank you so much for the fantastic review, Nehal!
We’re really pleased to hear how happy you are with the whole experience. Dave will be delighted with your comments, and it’s great to know he was able to listen to what you wanted, help get the area properly prepared and make the whole process as hassle-free as possible.
A big thank you as well for recognising the hard work of our installation team. We always aim to leave everything looking clean and tidy once the job is complete.
Thank you for choosing Easigrass Essex & Herts, and we hope you enjoy your new garden for many years to come!

Just had our rear garden Astro turfed and I must say we are over the moon with the results. From dealing with David at the planning stage, his knowledge and experience was clear and he was able to answer any questions we had and helped with some ideas around finishes , shape and the samples he had left with us to mull over. He was patient and not at all pushy giving us time to make our decision and was able to get us a fitting slot earlier than we had anticipated. Prior to fitting we had clear communication and any further questions were answered promptly.
On fitting day (4/9/26) Dave’s team arrived as planned in terrible rain and got straight to work. I was watching at various points and noted that they were laying boards and covers at access points taking care to protect my property and previously laid new patio.
The team worked incredibly hard all day appearing to not stop for lunch and it was clear they took pride in their work and were extremely professional, respectful and with an eye for detail.
At completion of the job ,I was offered to inspect the job and to sign a comments sheet scoring the team for the day and making any comments I wished to make, on this occasion it had to be 10/10.
The Astro has only been down a few hours but we are extremely happy with how it looks, the finish.and feel that I f we had any issues we would have no qualms from David and his team to fix them.
Overall we would recommend Dave and his team.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us such a detailed and fantastic review. It really is appreciated by David and the whole Easigrass Essex & Herts team.
We’re delighted to hear how pleased you are with your new garden and with the service you received from the initial planning and advice right through to the installation.
The weather certainly wasn’t on our side on fitting day, so it’s particularly nice to hear your comments about how hard the team worked despite the rain and the care they took to protect your patio and property. We take a great deal of pride in the standard of our installations, so receiving a 10/10 from you means a lot to everyone involved.
Most importantly, we’re delighted that you’re over the moon with the finished result. We hope you enjoy your new garden for many years to come, and of course, should you ever need anything from us in the future, we’re only a phone call away.
Thank you again for choosing Easigrass Essex & Herts and for recommending us.
Very best wishes,

Very happy with end result. Guys worked hard levelling the whole area with 12 ton of aggregate, completing in one day. Should carry own hose reel (what if I didn’t have one?)!
From start to finish Clair and Neil were a pleasure to deal with. I am delighted with my new artificial lawn and impressed with how hard their guys worked and the superb finished product.

So pleased with our garden reno from Easigrass! The garden was done within a week and everything was so smooth. The materials arrived first thing followed by the skip, and the job was done in a day. The quality of the product is so amazing and I love that we were able to choose the best grass for us. The guys were so professional and worked so hard! Not only did they do the groundwork and lay the grass, they also extended our patio for us and jet washed the whole lot. Couldn’t recommend Easigrass enough. Thank you!

Would highly recommend, Sunny from the Chobham branch was Amazing, he went above and beyond what I was expecting. Thank you.
We engaged Easigrass to revitalise our front garden that had been looking scruffy. Initially we were visited by Dave who listened to what we wanted and offered suggestions. The 3 guys who fitted the artificial grass arrived promptly at 8.30 as promised and were extremely professional and courteous. Dave turned up half way through the installation to make sure everything was going smoothly. After laying the grass they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves leaving at 3.
The results are fantastic, and the quality of the product and installation were excellent. Easigrass were not the cheapest quote we obtained, but after seeing the results I would absolutely recommend them.
Thank you so much for your fantastic review, Paul. We’re delighted to hear how pleased you are with the transformation of your front garden and the quality of the finished installation.
We’ll be sure to pass your kind comments on to Dave and the fitting team. Providing professional advice, arriving when promised and leaving every property clean and tidy are all extremely important to us.
We truly appreciate you recognising the quality and value behind our products and installation, and we’re very grateful for your recommendation. We hope you enjoy your revitalised front garden for many years to come!
