Took my daughter aged 11 and the ladies could not have been nicer - thoroughly explained everything to us both - put her at ease and ultimately cleared what was a lot of old hard ear wax - no amount of oil would have cleared that on its own! Highly recommend and worth the journey for us which was over 30 miles !

I cannot rate this service enough.
Was referred by GP due to ear infection and blockage I'm both ears (didn't realise they were both bad).
At the first appointment they were able to clear 1 ear but not the other. They refused to take payment for the appointment until both ears were cleared and made me an emergency appointment for another location the next day.
They still weren't able to clear the blockage at the next appointment but again, did not charge me for the additional appointment.
Went for a third time where they were able to clear the ear.
The ladies are so lovely and understanding. Well worth it. Will definitely go again.

I had a home visit from Georgia today and she was lovely, friendly and professional. Would recommend this service as so convenient and only slightly more than other places charge to go to them. I will definitely use again if needed.

Amazing service! Walked in not really being able to hear out of either ear very well, had the wax removed and my hearing came back straight away. Now can hear everything in HD! Thanks so much! :)

Big thank you to the friendly and efficient Jo again. I used her services in March for my mum’s ears and today had my own ears micro suctioned. “Hear Hear” are based in Southend but I live in Havering. They offer a great service right to your door.
