Rhys and the team have been amazing and I would throughly recommend anyone looking for online accountants that doesn’t want the extra charges for asking questions or the gimmicks - just a straightforward and easy service and is perfect for me as a business owner who wanted to feel empowered to run payroll, dividends and expenses independently but with the support of the team (and if there was anything more complicated like start up costs or paying for assets over multiple years, they wouldn’t hesitate to take it off my hands). The main things I look for in an accountant is finding someone who can help me with my queries in a timely manner and save my business money in the long run. Business owners will know that there is nothing worse waiting weeks for a reply to an important question that affects how you budget and run your business. Dan does both of these things. He is super friendly and knowledgable, but most importantly he answers any queries I have promptly and actually gets things done. Dan is a breath of fresh air compared to accountants I have worked with in the past. I hope eAccounts continue with this level of service as it means I will continue to be a client for a long time.
