Fantastic place, great location and very well equipped! Top marks for communication. Lovely walks on the doorstep. Would definitely recommend! We used the facilities at the neighbouring park, which are good for children but just to note they have increased in price from the stated £6 to £13 for an adult.

Brixham time away A fantastic property with everything you need for your stay. Stunning outlook from the balcony to relax and enjoy. Close to town but in a peaceful area. Can't falt it we will be back.

Simply wonderful! From the moment we arrived, and given a lovely warm welcome by Neil we knew we had chosen well. The lodge is beautifully decorated, and very spacious with beautiful views of the sea and coastline, and a perfect secure wrap around balcony for our little doggies to roam around. Lovely touches like coffee, tea and milk so we could have a cuppa after a long journey, and my favourite Nespresso machine to boot! Beds were super comfy - slept really well, lovely little treats and dog bowls put out for our two French bulldogs, we did pay a little extra for our dogs, but to be honest I didn't mind at all, I appreciated Ivonne and Malcolm allowing us to have both of them with us, they enjoyed it more than us I think! One tip if you are taking your dog, and if they like to try and jump on the furniture at inconvenient times like ours do, its all light coloured, so to avoid potential sandy and muddy paws all over the place, we took throws with us as a precaution and I'm glad we did, as it rained! There were throws provided too which was handy! Gorgeous coastal walks very close to the accommodation, and Brixham is a short drive away, and the Pirate Festival was a real surprise! We will definitely be booking again - thank you Ivonne, Malcolm and Neil, we will look forward to coming back. Leanne, Dean, Vic, Val, Tyrion and Luna x

Long family weekend Although I booked the holiday for my family, I was unable to go as I tested covid positive the day before we were due to go. The members of my family who did make it loved every minute and thoroughly enjoyed the property, therefore the review is based on their feedback to me.

Unbelievable find! Have to say photos do not do this justice! Absolutely first class! The accommodation, cleanliness,the facilities and views. Little things that made a family stay brilliant from Alexa, Tv (with Netflix and free view not just in the lounge but Bedrooms too)games, towels, shower gels, soaps, milk, coffee, biscuits, chocolates and dog treats 😍😍 Every detail was awesome. Stunning accommodation with use of The holiday park down the road Beds were in unbelievably comfortable. You will not be disappointed in the stay here

Absolutely fantastic stay. So many lovely little touches like having some milk and tea bags/coffee and buscuits to arrive to which is exactly what you need after a long drive! Clean, everything you need, spacious, beautiful and a stunning view. Great hosts and relly to messages and queries quickly. Within less than 24 hours we had already rebooked!

Really beautiful lodge and all the personal touches make you feel so welcome. The location is great and view from the lodge is stunning. A bit of a climb down and up to the beach, but it was all part of the fun of our holiday. The next door holiday park was also great for the pool facilities and kid friendly activities, and about 15 min walk along the coastal path. Overall we had a fantastic time.

Superb chalet above the cliffs near Berryhead and Brixham. Quiet and peaceful. A very well equipped chalet with lovely touches like dressing gowns and slippers in the main bedroom. Great patio furniture for lazy days too but easy access by car into Brixham and the Torbay area. Wendy
