My wife and I have been seeing Lizzy for a couple months for couples counseling and she has been incredible. She is not only a great listener and easy to talk to, she provides great insight and practical advice that has been so helpful for our relationship. I've tried several times ti find a therapist but they always seemed like they were doing it straight out of a textbook and it felt forced. Jessica seems like she truly enjoys what she does and it shows. I've already learned alot about myself in the 2 sessions I have had with her. I highly recommend her to anyone who feels like therapy would benefit them.

The practice is easy to work with. Their office facilities are very nice. They do accept insurance.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lizzy. She is an absolutely wonderful human! She tackles the hard things while making me feel safe. I'm so often stunned by her insights and really feel seen by her.

I found Dynamic Counseling through Google, and it’s close to my office, so I thought it would be a great place to try. I had a great first experience! I felt that the office was very soothing with comfortable rooms, and didn’t want to leave. I felt like I really connected with my therapist, so i’m looking forward to returning soon.
