Scheduled an appointment with Dynamic Appliance regarding my GE Advantium Speedcook Oven which stopped working on Thanksgiving. Jason arrived within the time window I scheduled and was able to address and fix the issue quickly. Jason was extremely courteous and his pricing was very competitive. Would highly recommend his services.
First I wait long time , and then they only spent ten minutes on the inspection here and charged a hundred dollars that is very expensive, and nothing actually got repaired.

Our $99 diagnostic fee is a standard charge that covers travel, time, and the expertise needed to accurately diagnose an appliance. In your case, the technician was able to quickly identify a failed spark ignition on your Wolf oven. A fast diagnosis reflects experience and accuracy, not a lack of service.
Regarding the timing, we arrived within the scheduled appointment window. You expressed frustration about the wait, but we were not aware of any special timing circumstances or urgency until we arrived. We always do our best to accommodate situations like that when they are communicated beforehand.
As for the repair itself, Wolf is a high-end brand and their parts must be ordered directly from their supplier. This is why we requested the model number prior to the appointment—to try to have the correct part on hand. The model number could not be provided beforehand, so the part could not be pre-ordered. You also shared that you were selling the home and had an inspection scheduled in two days, which understandably created urgency. However, Wolf parts typically require two business days to arrive, making it impossible to complete the repair before your inspection.

He also said that if any follow up might be needed he would come at no additional cost. Great experience with Jason. Booking was quick and easy. He arrived on time, had a great attitude, and took the time to answer my questions.
