Our mastermind retreat at Dwa Chandra was truly magical. The land’s powerful energy fostered a beautiful weaving of creation, and the luxurious accommodations provided the perfect setting for our gathering. The staff was attentive to every detail, and the food was exceptional. Anima, Egy, Ewik and Indri and team - all world class and the best hosts. We can’t wait to return. This is undoubtedly one of the best retreat venues in Bali.

If there were 7 stars for service, i would put 7 stars, Anima, Egy, Ewik, Antha, Edi and Mega were just some examples of balinese hospitality infused with warmth, gentleness, attentiveness and initiativeness.
A compound with 2 extraordinarily designed villa yet preserving the balinese vibe and heritage. We were a family of 20 (adults, toddlers and infants) and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay, ranging from pre-trip arrangements like high chairs and cot procurement, to staying comfortably with much assistance from the villa crew, to post trip lingering feeling of nostalgia as we land in Singapore.
Will totally recommend this place of warmth, heritage, serenity and joy.
What a magical place! I hosted 15 women here and it was incredible! Anima, Egy, Ewik and the team were exceptional. And the food was so good! I will be back. Every room is stunning, the location and the healing nature of the jungle. Would definitely recommend for any groups- when hosting groups it’s always one or two magical rooms and the rest are normal. Not the case with this space every room was just stunning and perfection! Tubs in every room! A serious oasis!
I booked Dwa Chandra Villa 1 & 2 both for my 40th birthday and invited 15 of my closest friends and family. These villas are a dream ! Anima and Egy and the entire crew of staff (Ewik, Edi, Suma, Rakka, Dodik) get ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for being such gracious host. Each and every room is gorgeously designed and has all the amenities you need. Each meal was better than the previous! Rooms and other common areas were cleaned on a daily basis. I highly recommend Dwa Chandra for you and your family!
this place can’t be summed up in words. it’s a serene paradise that honors the sacredness and traditions of bali. the staff is so attentive. so memorable. so kind. i just can’t say enough about the vibe that is created here. and how vast this property is. edi’s food nourished me like no other. and egy, mega, eva and ewig have such a special place in my heart. it’s just so many layers. thank you for this space. thank you thank you thank you.

I stayed with a group of friends spread throughout the two villas. I slept in the “fishbowl”, named for its all glass wraparound windows. It was intimate with undisturbed views of the jungle and easy access tot the sacred river below. Literally the most beautiful space I’ve ever stayed in.
I was thoroughly impressed with curated experience from the DC staff. They have a great menu and remember your food and drink preferences without asking. They organized massages, drivers and special experiences at my request. The DC team became like family over the two weeks there. Love.
DC is in the neighborhood, away from the chaotic hustle and bustle of Ubud proper. It’s quiet and meditative, yet only a few minute scoot to the center of Ubud.
Dwa Chandra has left me with a lifetime of memories. I definitely plan to visit again.
Dwa Chandra, the closest thing to paradise I have ever experienced. I’m not only talking about the beautifully designed property, focused on nature, harmony, delicious food, impeccable service and modern conveniences. I’m talking about the tone and mission behind the place, hell bent on finding the balance between accountability and beauty. Every detail is exquisite, every act of service is attentive and eager to improve. I particularly love the fishbowl suite, for the view, the privacy, and the proximity to the yoga shala. The walk down to the river to the sight of morning offerings is a profound meditation. Staying at Dwa Chandra is an act of love for the conservation of land, Balinese culture, and the flourishing of local economics. I cannot wait to be back.
