I had an emergency with my boiler this weekend and was really worried as most places were closed, but this company was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I called for an emergency call out and an engineer was at my door within just a couple of hours, which was incredibly fast and such a relief. Bobby, the engineer who arrived, was friendly, professional, and very well presented. He got straight to work and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Within an hour, he had not only fixed the main issue but also identified and sorted out a few other problems I didn’t even know about. He explained everything clearly as he worked, which I really appreciated as it gave me a lot of confidence in the service. Bobby was polite, informative, and genuinely helpful throughout. It’s not often you come across service like this, especially in an emergency situation on a weekend. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone in need of a reliable and efficient plumbing or gas engineer. Truly excellent service, thank you again!

Expensive but fast and very efficient They were very quick to respond to our heating emergency and were with us within a few hours of contact. The engineer was very professional, helpful and efficient and was able to sort out the problem (a seized up heating pump) very quickly. He also spent time cleaning the pump to reduce the risk of it happening again and to make the most of the minimum hour's charge to us. They were upfront with their costs. The hourly rate was £180 plus VAT which I thought was a bit steep but there would have been no call out charge if they could not solve the problem. I would use them again.

Disgraceful service..JAMES CAME OUT TO ME...I HAD A SMELLY SHOWER OUTLET...HE FLUSHED IT THROUGH FOR ME,SAIDIT WAS FINE NOW.I SAID IS THIS WORK GUARANTEED HE SAID IT WAS. 24HOURS LATER SMELL BACK AGAIN LIKE SEWAGE .. Efficient, reliable and knowledgeable Excellent communication and good experience. The plumber who came round was obviously very knowledgeable. He looked everywhere for the leak and eventually found it in the airing cupboard. I would recommend this company.

Entombed in cement Taking the front plate off revealed a real horror show, a shower control unit concreted in. Not possible to exchange without ripping the wall down. Ben got the diverter valve out and a replacement took 5 days.

Replacing shower The work was carried out well and very promptly. However it was a very expensive hourly rate, I now believe I was charged an emergency rate when I stated on my job request it could be fixed within a couple of weeks.

Fast response Very quick response they were with me within 2 hours and fitted a new shower. The plumber was very polite and the job was finished within 2.5 hours. He was efficient and cleaned up after himself. I am very satisfied, a little expensive, but worth it for peace of mind. Would recommend them.
