Entombed in cement Taking the front plate off revealed a real horror show, a shower control unit concreted in. Not possible to exchange without ripping the wall down. Ben got the diverter valve out and a replacement took 5 days.

Replacing shower The work was carried out well and very promptly. However it was a very expensive hourly rate, I now believe I was charged an emergency rate when I stated on my job request it could be fixed within a couple of weeks.

Fast response Very quick response they were with me within 2 hours and fitted a new shower. The plumber was very polite and the job was finished within 2.5 hours. He was efficient and cleaned up after himself. I am very satisfied, a little expensive, but worth it for peace of mind. Would recommend them.

Leak detection Many thanks to the plumber for attending and for providing all the photographs. The plumber arrived on time and clearly explained all available options, ensuring we understood the situation and what to expect. We were advised to call back if any further issues arise. Unfortunately, access could not be gained to the upstairs flat. However, the plumber was able to gather sufficient evidence to confirm that the issue is originating from the property above.

Lovely tradesmen. Lovely company super chap who did the initial work on the shower very polite left everything tidy. Had a problem with the tap in the kitchen but again it was rectified with no quibble. Would I recommend this company - indeed honest, polite efficient.

skilled and reliable Very good service but time of arrival at my property could have been a bit more honest. Very nice fitter who explained what would happen and how long it would take. Job was finished to a good standard. Cost was a bit off putting but all plumbing call outs seem to be the same.
