Blocked toilet/drain (CT5) Excellent service. James was very thorough in identifying the problem and explained clearly what needed to be done. I learned a thing or two about the wider drainage system too. Would recommend.

Dripping tap to be fixed or replaced (ME2) The original plan to repair the tap was sadly not possible but the plumber tried everything he possibly could to avoid having to fit a new one - even though that was the final outcome. Communication was clear and prompt, the plumber turned up in the agreed timeslot and the service was friendly and business like.

Unblocking kitchen sink (TN12) James was very polite and did a great job unblocking my kitchen sink. He worked quickly and efficiently with very little mess which was cleaned up before he finished the job.

Blocked sink and pipework replacement (ME4) I have used the plumbing services of D W Plumbing a number of times. They have always been quick to respond and professional. Work carried out was quickly evaluated, with problem identified and efficient solution found. Richard and his colleague are pleasant and helpful and take the trouble to explain the problem and plan of action in a way that can be easily understood. Prices reflect fairly the work carried out. I am happy to recommend them.

Replace leaking click clack waste in bath (DA1) The phone was always answered promptly and communication was good. Richard was very polite and helpful and arranged for the work to be done within two days. James completed the job and was very polite, knowledgeable and efficient. This was the first time I have used DW Plumbing Services - I would definitely use them in the future.

Replacing an electric shower (ME10) I don't normally do reviews but in this case I felt I should. They came out at short notice to do the job. I was given an idea of what the cost would and although I thought it a bit pricey you get what you pay for. Their service was first rate with quality of work to match. Worth every penny. I definitely recommend them and will use them again when needed.

Replacement of electric shower (ME3) Very good communication, help and advise. Job done in a couple of days and that included supplying new shower. Plumber very tidy and friendly. Would recommend company.

Replace shower screen (ME15) Prompt. Had problems effecting replacement but persevered and completed despite some unforeseen issues. Fitter was polite and diligent.

Replacing valve on cold water tank (ME14) The overflow was dripping so I needed the valve in the tank replaced. James kept me informed of his arrival time and replaced the valve quickly and efficiently. I get nervous when finding tradesmen so it was a great relief to find a company who turned up when they said they would and dealt with the job so efficiently. Will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs.

Fit new kitchen tap (ME16) DW Plumbers were very helpful in arranging a convenient time for the work to be carried and which was completed to my entire satisfaction. I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm.

Blocked shower (ME10) Absolutely fantastic service. Definitely would use them again. 5 star.

Toilet repair (CT2) Plumber came out last minute when my toilet was overflowing. Not the nicest of situations to be in but DW plumbing services came quickly and sorted it without no fuss. I cannot recommend them enough top company thank you

Urgent shower hot water repair! Great job! (ME1) The shower stopped producing hot water DW Plumbing attended the next day fixed the problem straight away no hassel very professional honest and gave great advice to save on cost so the repair will be done properly and last! Highly recommend them for any works very professional quick and tidy work.

Fixing a leaking tap (ME14) Amazing response time, called very quickly to confirm a time and leak was sorted within 24 hours. Awesome.

Had no hot water and the heating came on when put the hot water on (ME15) Great company. Fixed the problem and fitted a valve and a new electric switch, all sorted. Professional and personable plumber. Thank you very much.

Bathroom leaking pipe repair. (ME7) I had a problem with a leaking pipe on my bathroom toilet. I contacted DW Plumbing and spoke to Richard, he was very polite and extremely helpful. He arrange for a plumber to attend within the next few hours which I was very grateful for. The plumber that attended was also very polite and helpful and fixed the problem. Top work from this company, excellent customer service and a fair price for the work that was carried out. I highly recommend DW Plumbing and will be using them again for any future plumbing work.

Fixed leak around stop cock (ME20) Very prompt response, review of issue and repair

Invesigation of water damage (ME1) Rhys really put my mind at ease and explained everything he was doing and what he was investigating. I also received a call the following week to check how things were going. It's hard to find good tradesmen but DW Plumbing will be added to my phone book!

Change of a valve and installing a washer/dryer (ME1) Excellent service from customer service through to installation. Installation was done quickly and efficiently. I will be using them again

Kitchen tap replacement (ME14) First class job, reliable and courteous service
