Absolutely spectacular work!
My beloved Devoucoux was showing signs of wear – – the top left seam on the pommel was splitting, and the best the local saddle shop could do was a leather patch over the top.
Dutchess put a completely new seat on with a perfect leather match — It’s beautiful!
Dutchess also replaced the billets, so my saddle is better than new, since it’s already broken in.
Time to repair was extremely reasonable, and cost was infinitely less than a brand new custom saddle
I highly recommend Dutchess for any leather works

Dutchess Bridle & Saddle is the best! Jackie provided customer support that went above and beyond anything that I have received elsewhere! Due to COVID-19, I knew that I wouldn't be able to see my daughter for Christmas and wanted to send her new stirrup leathers as a present. Jackie helped out in getting the brand, color and size that was needed. Not only did she do all of that, in the shipping box she put a note that said Merry Christmas to my daughter and her horse! I don't know of any other company that would do something that nice. Jackie, thank you again for all of your help!! And I apologize for posting this so late.

Found Dutchess Bridle & Saddle online, they happened to have a Saddle in stock that my wife was looking for, I sent an email late one night, IMMEDIATELY Got a response in the morning ! Saddle was shipped the same day and delivered a few days later, Jackie was FANTASTIC !! Thank you!!

Duchess Bridle & Saddle gave me fantastic customer service when I went to order a girth that they carry, but with options that had to be special ordered. They went back and forth with me via email on a Saturday morning to get the options set up so that they could take my payment, and got the girth on the next shipment over from Europe. It actually ended up arriving sooner than they told me it would. Great experience and I would buy from them again.

Amazing customer service and I am so excited - they refurbished my daughter's Devoucoux saddle - replaced seat, skirts and knee rolls, it looks brand new!!!! I shipped it in from VA - Thank you so much - best place to take your fine saddles and tack!

My overgirth broke on my Stübben Genesis Special the day before a horse show. The staff at Dutchess was so helpful and got my saddle fixed with time to spare! The customer service was super and I will be recommending them to others!
