This is the best store I have ever bought online. The product is exactly as described. Not only that, but the shop owner is extremely nice and gave me an extra gift even though I didn't buy much. Although the delivery time is long, the shop owner will update you very often so there is no need to worry. From customer service to products, I am very satisfied. I was worried that extra bits of plastic would be stuck to the eyes. Thus making it look cheap. But they didn’t! They were the perfect size.

Colors are pretty, but the pallet is way smaller than I initially thought. Still cute tho!

Thank you for your review! To explain what happened: I contacted you through email multiple times. (Shopify has this in their records) In the initial email sent it states to keep an eye out for emails as that will be the means I use to contact you with updates, delays and issues, and to be sure to check your spam folder. I even sent you a handwritten letter explaining this. I've sent you emails from start to finish with your tracking number and updates. The issue was (as I relayed to you through email) USPS marked your order as 'Addressee Uknown'. This happens when your name is not in their database as registered at the address, so they sent it back to the sender, i.e. my Supplier. I had contacted you twice in regard to this and offered to send a replacement and you never responded. I even sent you an email about the refund and the reason behind it. You again, did not respond. The refund was processed through on Shopify's end, and it did go through, as in their records.

Nice fit, pretty colors, and comfortable material. I really like these bonnets and the communication from the seller was awesome! Kept me informed from beginning of my purchase(s) to end when they were in my possession. I would definitely recommend.

Quality of items is stunning. They even sent a letter thanking me for purchase which was sweet. Although the letter got there before the safety eyes. And the washers that they come with I don’t really like. But they are really cute so 4 stars!

Decent hooks, just really flimsy if you’re working on a really tight project.

Since the quality was an issue, you could have reached out and made me aware of this so I could have issued you a refund and/or replacement as well as remove the product from my store so other customers wouldn't have to face the same issue. Based on your review, I trust that you're being honest and decided to remove the hooks from my store. I appreciate you bringing this out to prevent further issues. This helps me out in regard to the companies I use as Suppliers. Thank you! I'll be sending you a replacement set, so please be on the lookout for an email from me.

I had emailed you when it was delivered, and even stated that I hope you're satisfied with your order and if you have any questions, you can contact me at any time. Since the item was not what was advertised, you could have reached out to me and made me aware of this so I could have issued you a refund and/or replacement. This also would have given me a chance to contact my Supplier and find out why they sent you an item that was not as it should have been, as well as remove the product from my store so other customers wouldn't have to face the same issue. The shipping is out of my control, but I try to assist as best as I can through emails and updates. Even though your order was back in August, I just issued you a refund, so please be on the lookout for an email. Please allow 2-4 business days for it to process on Shopify's end, and up to 10 business days to show in your bank's ledger.
