The basque cheese cake was absolutely my favourite cheese cake so far in Sydney. I was getting a full size and the lovely staff helped me pack half in each box and took them to my car - my hands all full with drink bags. Sooo nice and patient! And they gave great $15 voucher for every 750 points! Very nice price and taste. They deserve more exposure to dessert lovers!!

My partner got basque cheesecake with raspberry for me, which is my favourite. If you live near here and have a sweet tooth, Dulcito is a destination not to be missed. Tres leches is gooood but you should try cheesecake too. You will not regret it! I had the whole cake in a day :)

I’m extremely disappointed with my order via UberEats. What I received was an absolute mess. The cakes were completely destroyed, squashed into the containers, and looked nothing like what was advertised. What was meant to be Basque cheesecake and Tres Leches looked like leftovers scraped into containers.
To make it worse, the taste was just as bad as the presentation - bland, soggy, and unpleasant. For the price I paid, this is absolutely unacceptable. Proper packaging and quality control should be the bare minimum, but clearly Dulcito Desserts doesn’t care about either.
Does Dulcito Desserts have any respect for its customers at all? Because this experience shows none.
This experience has left me very frustrated, and I definitely won’t be ordering from here again. If you care about quality and being respected, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Hi Amber. We would never send something like this. What makes you believe we actually send you the cakes like that? This is NOT how our cakes look like or how we send them.

Don’t give your customers trash. What we received looked like throw-away cake, as if it was just the leftovers at the end of the day scraped into a box. That is insulting and completely unacceptable.
If you have any self-esteem as a business, you should never think it’s okay to serve this to paying customers.

I got a ‘TooGoodToGo’ bag tonight at 7pm. 25/09/25
I was excited about my surprise bag and sadly was disappointed as I got 2 of the same thing (Pistachio Cake).
It made me feel sick eating the same thing.
Please do better next time.

This is THE BEST baked goods in Sydney. I fly in 3 times a year for work and I don’t go a visit to Sydney without stopping by this place. Fantastic owner, the cheesecake and tres leches is OFF ITS HEAD. hope to see this bakery blow up even more pls open in Melbourne
