I have rented from Duke's Car Rental 3 times, never had any problem and offer full cover with no deposit needed. Drop off and Pick up off has always been at the airport. I have also got my chosen car and it has been clean. Only had to go to their office to pick up the car once but that was an emergency with less than 24 hours notice for them which I'm thankful they could accommodate me as I would have been stuck otherwise.

Rented an automatic Nissan Note from them. It was well maintained and I had absolutely no problem with it. I only needed to show my drivers license and passport, no credit card or deposit was necessary. As I would have needed to drop the car off on Sunday late afternoon when they are not working - they offered me that on Monday I can return them the car before my flight - without additional charge. It was really thoughtful and kind from them! Personally the best renting experience so far to me. I paid 130 euro for 4 day rental with full insurance included. They did not check the car on return as they promised (due to the full insurance) only the fuel level to be retuned on the same level. Also all of their employees were really kind and friendly, I highly recommend them to get a car from this company!

The best car rental experience ever! Super easy communication for booking and when we had questions as well as flight delays. Pickup is right outside the terminal, the paperwork was ready, clear explanations of everything in the car and best of all, return to exactly the same spot, which is right at the entrance to the departure level. Reasonable price and a nice Toyota…just remember to drive on the left!

Wszystko świetnie. Odbiór i zwrot auta na lotnisku punktualnie o umówionej godzinie, minimum formalności (wszystko przygotowane wcześniej). Samochód w dobrym stanie, czysty i zadbany, nie sprawiał żadnych problemów. Fotelik dla dziecka i dodatkowy kierowca w cenie, bez dodatkowych kosztów. Nie pobierają kaucji przy odbiorze auta, przy zwrocie również nie było żadnych problemów. Ogólnie wszystko sprawnie, bez żadnych haczyków i ukrytych kosztów, ale my mieliśmy wykupione pełne ubezpieczenie za 70 euro na tydzień.
