The only reason I'm coming back and leaving a two start review. We pay this guys for full home inspection and sewer line and other few inspections. I had giving them a good revied but when we moved into the home we realize he missed a lot of thinks that supposedly he checked. We had a huge leak in one of the showers, ho told us there was no cooler in the second story and there was one. We had to hire the hvac to installed when we really did not need at the time. Water line in the kitchen for the refrigerator is not working. He told us there was no power to the outside outlet GFI was out, easy fix. If anyone is reading this I suggest you wait on a review until you move into your house.
Frankie was great to work with. Allowed me to follow along where allowed and explained everything he was looking at in detail. Made recommendations where he felt that it needed further evaluation by a professional in that particular field and was honest about what I should and shouldn't be concerned about. Would absolutely recommend his work to anyone.
