The firm declined to take my case, which is fine. When I asked why, I was told "because the attorney declined the case". Why I asked why they declined, I was given the same response. It's insulting to receive a tautology framed as an answer. Be better.

Maybe the most unprofessional team I have ever dealt with. Twice now Christian has called me after 9 pm waking me up. I call him back immediately only to be told he's not available and the office is closed but they can send him a message to return my call. Called five times and every time I'm told they'll send him a message. No return call. I'm up every morning to care for my 94 year old mother in law. Now two of the last three nights I will get less than two hours of sleep because I keep waiting for the phone to ring. So unprofessional
