Amazing women work here!! They helped me with my little girl (my dog of course) they where extremely caring and patient with myself and my midnight. I still owe them but they haven't hounded me about it. They have been more help than I could have ever asked for thanks ladies

Let's just say, Hailey was led to me by divine intervention in a random store one day and as we got to talking I learned where she worked. I immediately could tell she was the one to help my boy with needing fear free care. Dr.Jantzen and the other lady that helped were great as well! So greatful we found her that random day. I think this is our new vet home! đź’™

Dr. Jantzen is an amazing vet who cares about our little dog and the whole family. She is very gentle with animals and has a calm presence. She explains everything thoroughly and answers any questions we have. The whole staff is friendly and helpful.

Due West Animal Hospital was truly fantastic. I was moving from another vet and was nervous about getting reccords transferred, getting the vet up to speed on my pets and all the things that come with changing vets. Everyone from Casey who made my initial appointment, to Jazz, the vet tech to Dr. Jantzen were welcoming, thorough, and made me feel confident in my choice to switch. Dr. Jantzen took the time to review records, history and x-rays with me, making sure I felt comfortable with how to provide the best care for my more senior dog. She and Jazz made my pup feel so comfortable, she didn't want to leave! If you're looking for a new vet, stop looking and make an appointment.

Dr. Jantzen is a PHENOMENAL veterinarian!! She is incredibly intelligent and GENUINELY dedicated to helping each and every animal seen under her exceptional veterinary care!! Her Vet Tech, Jazmine, is extremely professional, polite and very personable. She listens intently to pet owners' concerns and goes above and beyond for her furry patients. It is obvious that Dr. Jantzen truly LOVES animals, and is incredibly empathetic and dedicated to providing them excellent care. Today was at least the fourth or fifth time I've been into Due West Animal Clinic within the past 12 months, and I can personally attest to the EXTREME DIFFERENCE and POSITIVE IMPACT Dr. Jantzen has made in turning this Animal Clinic into the superior service central it was back when Dr. Best was in the practice. Over two decades ago, I was convinced that no one could fill the shoes of the supreme Dr. Best; but that was BEFORE the arrival of Dr. Jantzen about eight months ago. Though the clinic hit a rough spell under the misguidance of the previous Dr. Gohr, Dr. Jantzen, along with her remarkable team which includes her Vet Tech, Jazmine, and her very capable and personable Hospital Manager, Casey, have invested immense effort, energy, and devotion to their pet patients and animal owners who trust them with their pet's care. I f you had an unfortunate experience under the previous reign of Dr. Gohr, I would strongly encourage you to give Dr. Jantzen and her amazing team a chance. Additionally, if you are searching for a new veterinarian with whom you can entrust your pets' care, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Jantzen at Due West Animal Clinic. You and your beloved fur baby will be EXTREMELY pleased with the service and care Dr. Jantzen renders.

Great clinic to bring your pet to! Dr. Jantzen and Jazmine took such good care of my cat Princess when she was limping. Definitely recommend to anyone I know!

Dr. Jantzen, Jazmine and the entire staff at Due West Animal Hospital are wonderful! Aside from the exceptional care my pets have received, I have never felt rushed. I have always felt heard even when my pups refuse to demonstrate in the office the very thing they were doing at home that made me call urgently for an appointment. My questions are always answered. The office is warm, welcoming and never intimidating for my pups. Highly recommend!

Dr Jantzen and the staff are wonderful. My dog, Snookie, is 12 and she had to have surgery this fall. They were extra attentive to her needs and my concerns. She has fully recovered and is living her best life.

I brought my golden retriever in yesterday for nausea. I thought he had possibly gotten into something in our backyard because our other dog had done that a couple of days prior and had an upset stomach. My golden also has a history of eating things he shouldn’t, so I took him in to rule out the possibility.
I am so so so thankful for Dr. Jantzen. She was suspicious that he had another obstruction after viewing his x-rays. He had obstruction surgery a year ago. She was cautious and going to give him fluids, monitor him for an hour and recheck x-rays before recommending another surgery. He quickly took a turn for the worse after I left him for monitoring and we decided surgery it was.
It turns out a part of his small intestines had adhered to his abdominal wall from his surgery last year - they had filled with gas and twisted. Since he was able to get operated on so quickly, he will end up being fine.
I am just so thankful for Dr. Jantzen’s vigilance and expertise. I don’t know that my dog would still be here today without her!!! So grateful. Thank you also to all of the staff who assisted with him yesterday and made sure he was taken care of. Everyone was just fantastic.
Delightful experience. The Vet is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. She and the entire staff are a pleasure to work with and make you feel that your pet’s well being is very important to them. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
