Rob K. owner of DryMedic was nothing short of incredible. He is knowledgable, honest, timely, and went above and beyond for us meeting our needs and surpassing our satisfaction. He provided excellent customer service and most certainly exceeded our expectations. He took his time, traveled to the site more than a dozen times, met with multiple 3rd party people for us due to us being out of town when the water damage occurred, was very reasonable with price, and easy to get ahold of of.
