Rob K. owner of DryMedic was nothing short of incredible. He is knowledgable, honest, timely, and went above and beyond for us meeting our needs and surpassing our satisfaction. He provided excellent customer service and most certainly exceeded our expectations. He took his time, traveled to the site more than a dozen times, met with multiple 3rd party people for us due to us being out of town when the water damage occurred, was very reasonable with price, and easy to get ahold of of. We trusted him with our condo and he did not disappoint. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Thank you Rob for all that you did for us!

DRYmedic Restoration 5*-> I called DRYmedic late at night, and they had a team on-site within hours, ready to assess and start drying things out with their high-powered equipment. The crew was incredibly professional, empathetic, and explained every step of the process, from moisture extraction to sanitizing and full restoration. They helped with all the paperwork too, which made everything so much less stressful. My home looks better than before, and we were back to normal in just a couple of weeks. If you’re dealing with water damage, fire, or mold, these guys are lifesavers—highly recommend! 5 stars all the way.”

DRYmedic Restoration is top shelf. From the time they answered the phone, they came out and all the way through the completion of the job they were right on point.
