I received an excellent service from Dr Vitolo and his team! I am extremely pleased with the results - my confidence has been boosted 10 fold! I had liposuction (arms and under the chin) and breast augmentation with no scars! From start to finish the service was kind, reassuring, professional and supportive. I am writing this review to share my personal experience, which unfortunately was not a positive one.
I received both a rhinoplasty and breast augmentation from Dr. Vitolo. Looking back, I feel that I did not receive a thorough or proper consultation, possibly because I was younger at the time. I was not fully educated on what would or would not be done during surgery, nor were realistic expectations clearly discussed.
Regarding my rhinoplasty, my nose was not broken during the procedure — only the bump was shaved down. After healing, my nose appeared larger than it was originally. When I brought this concern to Dr. Vitolo, I was told that this was because my nose was not broken. This was never explained to me prior to surgery, and had I known this information beforehand, I would have made a more informed decision. I feel this lack of transparency was a major issue.
As for my breast augmentation, my breasts and nipple placement have pointed downward since the initial healing period and continue to do so years later. This has left me very unhappy with the results. No corrective options or solutions were offered to address my concerns.
I do take some responsibility for being young and not advocating for myself more strongly at the time. However, I also believe it is the surgeon’s responsibility to ensure patients fully understand their procedures and outcomes, regardless of age. Unfortunately, I did not feel supported or helped when I expressed my dissatisfaction.
I regret not seeking care elsewhere and hope this review helps others understand the importance of a thorough consultation and clear communication before moving forward with surgery.
I had my rhinoplasty done here and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience from start to finish. The doctor made me feel so comfortable, explained everything clearly, and truly listened to what I wanted. The care before and after surgery was amazing. I always felt supported, and any questions I had were answered right away.
My recovery has been smooth, and even with the early swelling I can already tell my results are exactly what I hoped for. Thank you again!!!

I had my breast augmentation with Dr. Vitolo 15 years ago, and I recently returned for an exam. I was so pleased and impressed with the candor and professionalism Dr. Vitolo displayed. His objective is the best interest of the patient both surgically and financially. I went to see Dr. Vitolo for reconstructive surgery after 3 breast cancer surgeries at Memorial Sloan Kettering and wanted to avoid the intensive reconstruction that was recommended. Dr. Vitolo’s compassion was exemplary as was his recommendation for a minimally invasive procedure my insurance would cover. 🙏
