Trident clinic - the entire experience was great and fantastic for me, doing a follow up from Health Screening.
Dr. Pinakin is very professional and explains very clearly and simply for me to understand the general approach to heart health and why certain checks and tests are necessary. Dr. Pinakin even went out of the way to help recommend from his fellow associates who are in other specialty - that was covered by my corporate insurance. I didn't feel any stress nor the associated pressure when talking to Dr. Pinakin, it was a very good conversation.
And Nurse Shane - was very detailed and send friendly reminders on appointments. She also helped me a lot to check on my corporate insurance requirements.
End to end - it was a very pleasant and easy process.

We are truly grateful to Dr. Pinakin for all that he has done for my husband. Dr. Pinakin not only responded quickly to all our questions at any time of the day (or night) and performed the heart surgery with remarkable efficiency as well as with the right procedures that were needed, but also guided us through every step of the process — from helping with insurance matters to recommending another surgeon to visit during the stay so we could feel at ease. His compassion is evident in the way he reduces medication when not necessary, ensuring the patient’s comfort and in how he always remains contactable.

I was on vacation in Singapore from the UK when I experienced some heart related symptoms.
I and my wife called Dr Pinakin and arranged a consultation.
Dr Pinakin and his assistant immediately arranged several tests to determine the problem. All the tests were arranged within hours and for the same day.
I was updated at every test and any questions regarding the tests and times were immediately answered by message or phone call by his assistant.
After completing the tests, Dr Pinakin was very courteous and patient in explaining the results and my diagnosis.
He took his time and explained in simple language so that I understood exactly what the problems were.
All our questions were answered in a simple and professional manner.
Dr Pinakin completed a medical summary report and gave me copies of all the tests so that I could continue my treatment in the UK.
I would highly recommend Dr Pinakin and would not hesitate to see him again if required.

I was referred by my family doctor to see Dr Pinakin at Trident Heart Centre after my yearly health screening, and I am very glad I went. The clinic is bright, clean, and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. 😊
From the start, Shane, the clinic support staff, was extremely helpful, kind, and caring. Communication with her was always prompt and pleasant. I was scheduled for a series of tests, including a treadmill stress test, an echocardiogram to check my heart’s structure and function, and a carotid ultrasound to examine blood flow in the arteries that supply the brain. Dr Pinakin guided me through the process and made sure I was comfortable at every step, while Shane also ensured I was well taken care of, which was very reassuring. 🙏🏻
When my results came back, Dr Pinakin took the time to go through everything in detail, explaining clearly what each test meant and how it related to my overall health. He then worked out a safe and effective plan to help bring down my cholesterol levels.
