I had three consultations for a rhinoplasty in total, and after meeting with Dr. Cleveland, I knew he was the right choice. He has a compassionate, kind, and thoughtful approach. The main reason I chose him was his ability to deliver natural results tailored to each individual rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. His wife and business partner, Erin, who also serves as the patient coordinator, was incredibly kind and communicative from the very beginning. I reached out many times by email and text both before and after my procedure, and they were always happy to help. Erin - thank you! After the procedure, Dr. Cleveland was kind enough to spend time with my family in the waiting room and answer their many questions about recovery. That short time spent with them made all the difference and made them feel at ease, which I so appreciated. The procedure itself went exceptionally well, and my smooth, comfortable recovery is a true testament to Dr. Cleveland’s expertise. I experienced minimal bruising and swelling, and no pain. Again, this speaks to the level of skill and mastery from this surgeon. The results so far are natural, subtle, and exactly what I had hoped for. When I decided to have a deep plane facelift revision my ONLY choice was Dr. Cleveland! Excellent technique. Wonderful beside manner. Answered all of my questions and any concerns. He even did a home visit for my first post-op. And as an added bonus, I opted to do my surgery in his surgical suite with only local, eliminating the need for anesthesia.
