I want to start by saying this wasn’t a review anyone asked me to write, I just genuinely wanted to.
After dealing with a few pest control companies that felt pretty pushy and salesy, I was over it. Then I came across Jitterbug from the banner at the intersection in Peakhurst, and funny enough, realised I’ve probably driven past it a gazillion times without really noticing it.
From the first chat with Fiona, I got a completely different vibe. Just genuine, honest, and actually wanting to help, no pressure. When Mark came out, he was the same. Super thorough, explained everything clearly, and you can tell they both really care about what they do. Treat our home as if it were their own.
I actually look forward to seeing them (never thought I’d say that about pest control 😅). It feels like more than just a service, they’re just really good people, I'd consider friends now.
I was reading through the reviews and saw they’ve got a perfect 5 stars across 74 reviews, honestly not surprised at all. It really shows how consistent and genuine they are.
