We consulted with several surgeons before making a selection and I am so grateful we did our research, Dr. Hutchinson was our clear, unanimous choice. Dr. Hutchinson’s expertise, demeanor, depth of genuine care, all of which we experienced during the consult, were exactly what she delivered and continues to deliver. The level of follow up from Dr. Hutchinson and her team are next level. Erin and Kelly are absolutely dreams to work with. I’ve gone back to Dr. Hutchison and the team for advice and referrals in other matters and they have taken them on with the same level of diligence and care. It’s New York City, we have an abundance of options, I cannot emphasize enough how Dr. Hutchinson is the best of the best.
Lovely person worst plastic surgeon. Did my arms 3 years ago I still have scars and it cost me an additional 5k and scars are still there. My neck has a scar in the center going across where it shows as opposed to under the chin. The right side of my neck is fatter the left side. A wonderful person the worst plastic surgeon ever. I would give her a zero but sadly it starts at 1.

Dr.Hutchinson and her staff are the best for breast implant repair. One of my implants "bottomed out" after being implanted by another surgeon so I did my research extra carefully this time and the whole experience far exceeded my expectations. It has been over a year since the repair and not only have I had no issues, I didn't think my breasts could ever look as good as they do.
I was very nervous because of what had happened with the other surgeon but Dr. Hutchinson and her team--especially Erin Brown were so kind and understanding. They were also reassuring that it was very fixable. Dr. Hutchinson said a different technique was all that was needed and sure enough it worked. No one criticized the previous surgeon which I thought was very professional. Everything about the office and everyone in it, from the receptionist to the surgical staff, demonstrated the highest level of professionalism.
The recovery was very smooth with Erin and Dr. Hutchinson checking in on me often, knowing I was worried the implant might bottom out again. I am so happy with the result and the entire experience. When I last saw Dr. Hutchinson, I gave her a big hug!
Dr Hutchinson and her staff are the A team for labiaplasty. My 21 year old daughter and I met with her as a second opinion and were immediately comfortable and 100% confident as Dr. Hutchinson is highly skilled and educated surgeon in this field. Erin Brown her medical office assistant was available every time we called or emailed to answer my questions with ease and confidence. Dr. Jennifer Zimmerman the anesthesiologist is board certified and has extensive experience at Montefiore and Mount Sinai. Dr. Hutchinson called 2x a day after surgery and was available all the time to us. Her office reaches out and cares about the patient well after the procedure, unlike many other medical offices who ask how are you doing once or some not at all.
We met with another specialist in Greenwich CT (didn’t feel comfortable and confident with her at all) leading us to find the best of the best, Dr. Hutchinson is all that!

Once you've made a decision to undergo plastic surgery, or any cosmetic procedure, the task of finding the right board-certified plastic surgeon can seem daunting. That is why it is fundamental for you to do the research, winnow down your choices, ask for recommendations, and schedule consultations.
It's not a "one-stop-shopping" process. Taking the time to find someone who checks all the boxes when it comes to certifications, expertise, experience, and has a reputation for delivering the right aesthetic, will assure you of reaching a desired outcome.
Having personally gone through the process, I can tell you that
Dr. Hutchinson is a quintessential plastic surgeon. From my initial consultation, during and post-procedures, she exceeded all my expectations. Her demeanor was always caring, comforting and professional. Her entire practice truly delivers what is difficult to find in this day and age: premier services.
Dr Hutchinson is not the the emphatic, ready to help lovey person you think know. Underneath
her exterior she’s touch and quite nasty. After a FL she did (which showed no improvement).
I then realized after speaking her about the constant problems with terrible itchiness, that still hasn’t has not stopped and has gotten worse. She informed me there’s nothing she can do. I cried and asked her to help me. Instead she banned me from her office I know why, after speaking to a few other plastic surgeons. The were all appalled that she said nothing she could, no one to consult with and just deal with my terrible discomfort.
Avoid her. She is not what she seems
