Before I had a crown put on by the Doctor, I asked for and got a predetermination of benefits which is an estimate of the charges. The estimate came back over $2000.I didn't mind paying for the crown and the core build-up, but when I got the final bill they added an extra $360 for LAB services. When I got the EOB from the insurance company I asked why the LAB services were not included on the estimate or the final EOB. When I asked if they could submit these lab charges to the insurance company they refused saying the insurance company wouldn't pay for them, but the administrative assistant she would talk to the doctor about the charge. I never heard back.
Another issue is that the provider dropped out of the Cigna Network mid-year and did not inform me. My insurance wouldn't even cover the full cost of the annual checkup! I would not recommend this provider if you want transparent pricing.
Canceled my appointments last minute without calling. You should review your policy and let people.know you expect forma early. I have never been to any office that does not allow paperwork the day of. Not to.mention not even calling to check to see if someone is coming. On top to just tell me the Doctor.left for the day when I walk in the door with no communication!
The picture below says appointment confirmed.

Justin, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We always appreciate when someone brings a concern to our attention. I would like to clarify a few important details, simply so the information is accurate for anyone reading this.
You are not an established patient at our office, as we have not seen you or your family for any appointments. Our team scheduled four new patient visits for you and your family at the same time, which is something we rarely do, as it requires extensive preparation from our staff.
Unfortunately, the required new patient forms, medical history, and insurance information were never completed on your end, despite multiple reminders. Our office policy requires all new patient forms to be completed at least two days prior to the appointment so our clinical team can prepare properly. Without that information, we cannot deliver safe or responsible care.
In addition, several appointments were canceled by you previously, totaling over twelve hours of reserved clinical time. Those hours could have been offered to other patients who needed timely care.
The appointment you are referring to today was canceled because the required forms were still not completed, and we simply could not proceed without them. This was in accordance with our standard policy, and not a last minute cancellation from our side.
We truly do not wish for anyone to feel inconvenienced, and we apologize if this situation caused any frustration. At the same time, we must follow proper guidelines to ensure efficiency, preparation, and safety for every patient we serve.
We sincerely wish you and your family the very best. If you choose to pursue care elsewhere, we genuinely hope you find an office that can accommodate your needs.

Dr.Ojjeh, Dana, and all the staff were so friendly and gentle, as always! I got my teeth cleaned and I have never had such a wonderful experience than at this dentist! They took their time and made sure I was comfortable through the entire process, while also making sure that each tooth was thoroughly cleaned. Dr.Ojjeh and all the staff are not there to get you in and out like many other places, they take their time and actually make the experience more personable and make sure you don’t feel like just another customer, and they make sure you are comfortable throughout the whole dental experience! This is truly a dentist that I would recommend to anyone looking!

My family has gone to Dr. Ojjeh ever since we moved to the area 7 years ago. We have never had a bad experience. His staff is kind, polite, efficient, and diligent. Dr. Ojjeh also gives honest input and advice on your dental care. You can tell that everyone here cares about the patients.
