Dr. Farrow saved my daughters life! The ER doc at Mem Hermann in Katy tried to send us home with a WBC count of 22,000. I was livid. Thank GOD I am an RN because I knew my daughter was in trouble. I fought with the ER doc who was Dr. Raj and demanded that radiology re-scan my daughters belly a second time, and lo and behold her appendix was about to rupture!
If we would have gone home she would have ended up with a ruptured appendix, became septic and possibly died! She was only 9 at the time. This was in 2008. Today my daughter is 25 and alive and well because of Dr Farrow! I am FOREVER grateful. This man is an amazing human being, so kind and compassionate. I will always remember his love and light that he displayed when I met him for the forst time in the PACU after her surgery. This is a Top Notch Surgeon. đź’Ż
My wife found Dr. Farrow after a visit to a surgeon that didn’t exactly inspire a lot of confidence. Dr. Farrow is the most highly rated surgeon on here, and believe me, he deserves every bit of it. During the preliminary office visit he was very attentive and patient while I explained all of my concerns. He was easy to establish rapport with because he is very relatable and approachable. I never felt hurried or pandered to. It’s rare to find a doctor treat you with that level of respect.
Before the surgery, several of the nurses reiterated that he was the best. One said she had him operate on her, another said she would definitely ask him to do it if she needed surgery, and another said he’s the best because he really knows his stuff.
There’s not much else to write about because the surgery went exactly as planned and here I am day 3 post op with practically no pain. Even the tiny incisions are barely noticeable. I would not hesitate to ask him to operate on me again or on any of my loved ones. We share the same faith and he made it a point to pray with me and my wife before the surgery. That alone is priceless. Thank you Dr. Farrow and staff for taking such great care of me! -Ramon
Went to the office in Houston and everyone in there was super nice ! Once Doctor came in he went over everything calmly and patiently. I’ve had other doctors that talk to me like I should know what’s going to happen.. he was assuring me that is better to get this procedure done. He answer all my question in the best way he could. And I feel safe getting my procedure done with Dr. farrow
My husband had inguinal hernia surgery today at Methodist West & he was extremely happy with the results. Dr. Farrow did a fabulous job of the surgery. Dr. Farrow has a bedside manner you rarely see.
The office staff is very caring & professional. I would definitely recommend him to my family & friends 🧡.
Dr. Farrow and his staff were amazing! He performed a laparoscopic incisional hernia repair 8 months ago and I have had to problems since. It was a fairly simple surgery and I was happy to say goodbye to my “alien” I had dealt with for years! Thank you Dr. Farrow and staff! I would highly recommend you for anyone’s surgical needs.
Dr. Farrow is the best! Had hernia surgery he did a wonderful job would recommend him to everyone. His staff is Pleasant and polite memorial, Hermann, Katy the nurses are the best very concerned people and each one had a beautiful smile when they entered the room. I’m very happy and pleased. Great clean office setting. Very friendly and professional staff. The Doctor assistant was professional and nice. The Doctor was awesome. He put me at ease and gave me some options on my issue which I really appreciated. Very professional and was very friendly. Would recommend this establishment to anyone and everyone.
