This BMW location provides exceptional service! The service staff has been very warm, welcoming, and customer focused. I truly appreciate their expertise and knowledge in quickly resolving any issue I’ve had. What I truly appreciate is how I was treated each time I had to bring my car in. I do not have such glowing feedback for the other BMW locations I’ve been in contact with since purchasing my car last year. This is a beautiful car, and the exceptional service I’ve received here makes me want to stay with BMW. Exceptional customer service!

An amazing experience from start to finish! Chris was so friendly and there was no high pressure sales pitch at all. He was thorough in triple checking our order to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. He took time to answer all of our questions (and as first-time BMW purchasers we had many!) The manager even checked on us to make sure our expectations were met. We had not planned to order a vehicle that day, but Chris made the experience so great that we pulled the trigger and placed the order in the spot! I highly recommend the staff at Dryer Reinbold.
