I bought my first Dreamcore Workstation more than 6 years ago and it is still running very well. Due to work demands, I bought a new workstation from Dreamcore again, and I am happy to share that their dedication to services and quality of product are still top-notch! The new workstation runs very well and the OS and drivers were already updated. The components are all of top quality and state of the art. My money is definitely very well spent, and they will have my support again when my workstation shows its age....but that might be another 6 years later! Definitely 5 stars to them! A shoutout to Sean for his dedicated and attentive service too!

I have now bought two gaming rigs from Dreamcore, several years apart and the experience only gets better. From help with initial spec’s, through to setup, delivery and after sales support I’ve had nothing but a positive experience with Dreamcore. Highly recommended.

Went down due to a computer issue. Bought a PC from them around 6 years ago. Went back to get the PC diagnose after I failed to fix the issue. Bought a new GPU and PSU from them too. Super speedy replies and friendly staff

This is my 3rd PC purchase from Dreamcore and it is honestly better than some other Custom PC builds brands out there. They are transparent with the pricing and they ensure the build quality of the PC before sending it out. The cable management in every PC is commendable too. Also the deals that Dreamcore offers sometimes makes me wonder how are they making money. The customer service was suuuuper fast and responsive as well. Sean even helped me customise my PC to my liking while giving a very reasonable price. He even responded when I texted him at odd hours. Love you Sean <3 The PC came 3 days earlier than expected and Sean even walked me through how to set up the PC. 10/10 would recommend Dreamcore to more people!

Sean was really helpful guiding me in my first PC setup in more than a decade, ordered on a Friday afternoon, the machine was delivered 7 working days later on a Tuesday at noon as advertised (7-10 days).

I bought the pc during the june sale where i hit $500 off with a discount code. Delivery was fast, i ordered on monday evening and it arrived on tuesday afternoon. The pc runs well and performs as expected. Their customer service is extremely commendable as they have quick and helpful replies on their whatsapp, even going as far as to check in with me on how the pc is running the day after. Would buy again because of their great service.

Edit as of 28/6/2024 I had some issue with my fan RGB after a recent Windows Update. Aaron, the technician who attended to the issue, was careful and meticulous in checking and testing the various possible cause and fixed the issue in a prompt manner. Thank you Dreamcore team! Big thumbs up! ------------------------------------------------------------------ Made my order on 20/11 during the IT fair weekend. My order took 1 month to arrive due to supply chain issue. The PC case in white took a long time to arrive. During this time, I’ve upgraded my Power Supply as well as SSD. The PC arrived today as scheduled and in good packing condition as well. Thankful for Wei Zhong who has gone above and beyond to ensure that a replacement case is available for the build (even though it’s not from the original set). I am not the most happy with the reply from the customer service team who seems to just be replying randomly to my queries. I’d rather they check before replying to avoid causing confusion. I’m not even sure if they check or just reply fast without really checking. Another point I’m not too happy with is the over-commitment to a dateline. If at the start I’ve been told to wait 3-4 weeks, instead of 1-2 weeks, it would have felt better. However all in all, I can see the passion from the marketing team as well as the builder/ founders. And I’m happy with how the pc turns out to be :) All the best for your future endeavours!

My overall experience with the product of the company was a frustrating journey and I do not recommend the Crimson (which is not available now) products. - Waited about 2 months from purchase to only receive the hardware. - The software had a longer waiting time and I had to initiate for the updates. - Had issues within 6 months of usage with the product's monitor and had to wait 4 months for repair. - Had to chase for constant updates / corrections from the point of ordering -> receiving -> servicing -> receiving again. *The only thing commendable is that the helpdesk personnel was responsive but do note that they are not active in initiating. 14/05/2024 Managed to free up my timing and have their employee come down on this day to install the SSD. Overall, the employee was providing updates on his whereabouts and did the installation. 28/04/2024 Helpdesk has responded that it was a carelessness in their handling process and would compensate me with another SSD. The issue now is that their appointments are all booked and I am currently still working out a schedule with them. 26/04/2024 My laptop has finally been returned after 4 months due to an issue with the monitor. During the 4 months process, I had to constantly request for updates from their service helpdesk. The best part was that they had wrongly delivered another customer's PC with my details on it and I had to chase them to correctly replace with my laptop again. Additionally, I noted that some of my software was not working correctly and it reminded me that I had an additional SSD previously installed but was missing now. I have to now chase them for a rectification and also my data is definitely gone now. 19/03/2023 Like the other comments regarding the purchase of Crimson laptops in the past year, I also had to wait a about 2 months before the laptop was delivered to me. Upon the delivery of the laptop, I had to constantly chase for items such as the software add-ons that I had purchased. It was as if if I was to miss contacting the service helpdesk, I would need to wait another few months to get it.
