When my cooler started acting up after the warranty expired, I knew I could count on Dreamcore for help. Having bought my very first PC from them, I felt reassured reaching out to their customer service. They made me feel like I was in good hands right from the start. Besides replacing the cooler, I decided it was a good time to upgrade my PC with new parts. Big thanks to SupTeh and Kester for patiently walking me through all the different options. Their expertise and clear explanations made the decision-making process much easier and enjoyable. Thanks to Dreamcore’s efficient and affordable services, I had my PC back, refreshed and upgraded, in less than a week! The service is very good. Although some problems with my PC occur, the customer service responde quickly and arrange on-site service.

Amazing customer service. Had issues with my Nvidia RTX 4080, went in on a Saturday and SupTeh and team helped me fix on the spot, and even gave me a part replacement for free!

This is my first purchase from Dreamcore. The build is awesome and it works well. Divesh was of really great help and he is super patient. Props to the builder for the cable management, it’s super clean. Had some technical issues but I managed to resolve it myself but I’ll still give it a 5 star review. Still to have room for improvement when it comes to testing in my opinion but their customer service is awesome. Divesh took the time to explain to me why they suggest certain components in the build and when I have questions, he doesn’t dismiss it completely but gives a thorough explanation on the reasoning behind why they use these components. Every question I asked was replied with a clear explanation. Super happy with the build.

I bought my first Dreamcore Workstation more than 6 years ago and it is still running very well. Due to work demands, I bought a new workstation from Dreamcore again, and I am happy to share that their dedication to services and quality of product are still top-notch! The new workstation runs very well and the OS and drivers were already updated. The components are all of top quality and state of the art. My money is definitely very well spent, and they will have my support again when my workstation shows its age....but that might be another 6 years later! Definitely 5 stars to them! A shoutout to Sean for his dedicated and attentive service too!
