I had bad result due to the one of their employee not knowing who to use the appropriate passes of the Fraxel machine, they were very supportive when I shared my concerns but it is what it is I had to be treated for my burns for few months after.
Years ago my daughter had a deep facial laceration that required many stitches. It was a holiday weekend and nearly every surgeon was off or away. Dr. Demetri, who was out of town, took my emergency call out of the goodness of his heart and basically coordinated care at TGH with one of the residents that he knew. The female resident was wonderful and you can't even see the scar. Compassio and integrity are integral with such sensitive patient care, and this is the type of person and surgeon he is.

My jawline and neck look wonderful. I will update later as healing takes a good year. I believe I am still a bit swollen from what the Dr. told me for other areas on my face. I was initially not 100% happy with facial wrinkles, but Dr. D and his staff addressed ALL my concerns. It takes time to heal and to see the results. It's been almost 3 months, not quite, and I do see continued results. I wanted a recommended treatment plan post-surgery. I did not get it off the bat, but they were very responsive and addressed it quickly. You should ask for this. I went today, and reviewed what I was using, and what they recommend. You don't have to use their recommended products. But, you want to insure your doing the right things to maintain. HIghly recommend this Doctor and his staff. Very Welcoming.

Don’t go here for forehead reduction or any other surgery. I got a forehead reduction 3 years ago and he left a permanent dent in my scalp towards the side of my head. He left a lot of scaring and he said it was going to minimal but it wasn’t not at all. By far, the worst plastic surgeon ever. I regret going to him. Do your research, he has a lot of bad surgery reviews. He is known to botch people.
