My experience with Dr cosmetics has been beyond amazing, my coordinator Ysabel has been on top of everything since day one and I have no words to describe how grateful and thankful I am for everything she has done for me on my journey. I don鈥檛 know where to start! My coordinator Marlene is the best coordinator I ever had! From day one when introducing herself to me I felt at ease! She made me feel as if I was there sitting in front of her answering every question and concerns I had. There was not one time I had a question at the spare of the moment she didn鈥檛 answer, even after hours! I never had a coordinated that was so attentive and concerned about my health and well being. Marlene has checked on me from the time I left my country and still up to now! I couldn鈥檛 asked for a better coordinator, she made my process so easy! No STRESS AT ALL! Even when my surgeon鈥檚 office was unresponsive, Marlene took the initiative to contact them directly and made sure I got the information I needed. Her kindness and support throughout the entire process truly made a difference. She regularly checked in on me and made sure I felt cared for every step of the way.
