I’m always a bit leery of hiring a service person to come out, because I’m not sure if I’m going to be ripped off. I checked the reviews and called drain X. They were able to get me scheduled quickly to unclog my drain. Johnny came out and was a true professional. He kept me informed and comfortable from beginning and fixed my problem for a fair price. I’m very pleased with drain x and will call them again when needed.

5 stars all around. Johnny is a class act. He is very knowledgeable and gives you updates along the way and shows you the process. I had my lines scoped and he invited me in and showed me the live footage from the camera to give me peace of mind about the condition of the lines. This my second time using S&B and they continue to do great work. I have an old house with old sewer pipes and they took the time and caution to clean out the drain of some tree roots I had causing a blockage. Johnny was my service tech and he did great job explaining what he was seeing and what he was doing.
