Excellent service from start to finish. I called the garage after warning lights appeared on my car and they saw me within an hour. The staff were very helpful, carried out diagnostics quickly, and clearly explained the problem. The repair has now been completed and I felt my car was in very safe hands throughout. Highly recommended.

Top guys - I wasn't booked in as I was having a dilemma with other garages, and although my motor obviously (and fairly) wasn't the top priority over their bookings, they still got my car fixed all in a few hours - I was expecting a few days or up to a week. Very happy, as well as grateful.

Amazing garage. Jake made sure I knew what was being done every step of the way on the repair to my car. Double checked with me on every step of the repair to not only understand the costs but also the realistic timeframe. Also spoke with Darren during works and again was dealt with in an extremely professional way. I'm sure everyone who works here does so in the same manner. Prices are fair and at the end of the day you get what you pay for. I'm sure I could have got cheaper quotes elsewhere but if you pay mega low prices then expect mega low standards of work. Amazing service and care from these guys, at half the price of the main Ford specialists in the area!! I had to wait three weeks to have my car in, but the parts were ordered beforehand so no delay on the day (unlike the main specialists who had it for three days despite knowing what it was going in for!).
I was given all the options and possibilities regarding the work and what to expect, and the car was ready on time.
I’ll be recommending them to everyone!
Decided to use these guys to do my MOT and some work on my T6 Ford Ranger wildtrack 3.2l.
Come the day of the MOT I was in bed with COVID, I don't live far from the garage, they kindly picked up my car serviced it and dropped it off.
I can't thank the team enough for their kindness and help.
The work carried out seems excellent and the price for such a big car and considering they are Ford specialists was perfectly reasonable, And I was pleasantly surprised that the Bill seemed fair and not ridiculously over priced.
My only criticism is that access to their shop isn't always the easiest, but that's trivial.

I have had a number of problems with my vehicle over the last few weeks/months. Jake, Darren and the team have calmly and efficiently identified the problems and fixed them. They are very professional and friendly with a really good customer service approach. It’s very difficult to find a garage that you can trust and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this family business to anyone.
This is the first time I have used D P Autos, they were recommended by my regular garage as I was having a problem with my Ford fiesta. DP auto repairs are a great family run business and have been looking after all my commercial work vehicles. If anything goes wrong they get the job done quick and never ever had any issues with them a great team always will use and recommend to anyone
Diagnosed my daughters car, whoever fitted the wheels back on did the nuts so tight we can't get them off even with air gun, our own air gun or our extended wheel wrench, any decent mechanic knows never to do up wheel nuts completely with an air gun and the locking ones are never as high a torque as the normal nuts, apart from that can't fault them.
HI Lee I have tried to contact you, unfortunately without success, regarding the accusation of over tightening your daughter’s wheel nuts whilst the vehicle was in our workshop.
I have found and reviewed our in workshop CCTV which clearly shows we removed the FRONT wheels of the vehicle on the 24th July.
Diagnostic measurements were then taken by our technician, The FRONT wheels were then refitted.
I have personally seen that the FRONT wheels nuts were then torqued to the correct specification time stamped at 13.36 by use of a torque wrench which is the correct procedure.
I can personally assure ALL of our customers that IF we remove any wheel it is ALWAYS retorqued to the manufacturer’s specification when refitted. This is Standard practice at DP Auto Repairs.
This suggests the issue you had removing the wheels were in fact the REAR wheels which were NOT touched and NOT overtightened by our workshop and potentially overtightened by your previous garage.?

I recently took my Ford to DP Auto Repairs and they were brilliant. Jake quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything clearly. After another garage didn’t fix the problem on my car (although saying they did) I was impressed that calling at 4pm they were able to get me booked in the next day and provide a courtesy car too so I didn’t miss my son’s sports day. I couldn’t have asked for a more professional services from Jake and the rest of the DP team. Will definitely be back for any future work including services!

Used DP auto repairs for the first time today and couldn't be happier. Darren is very professional and polite over the phone and keeps you up to date with everything going on with your car.
