Downland Garden rooms were faultless from start to finish. Phil was hands on from the beginning and expertly helped us design our dream outbuilding - there is so much flexibility/customisation possible and the finished product looks simply superb. Very impressed by the build specification for floor/walls/roof - small details matter. All work was done carefully and methodically and the site was left immaculately. Highly recommend if looking for a quality build at a relatively reasonable price!

He answered all my questions and concerns re. the build and when the time came for him and his team to do it, they were super-efficient and worked hard to create what we wanted within our budget. Phil was great: he told me what would happen every day and honestly, we still can't believe how quickly they created our lovely garden room gym. Him & his team are lovely, I really recommend them. .

My job required the additional demolition of an old garage but the project management was such that I got realistic and fully met deadlines . Every single night the rubbish was removed snd site tidied. Team were expert, friendly, unobtrusive and courteous. Completed room is professionally finished. We have recently had a garden room built and we have been very happy with our decision to go with Downland Garden Rooms. From the initial visit to the final finish they were amazing. We worked with Phil initially to look at the garden and decide what we wanted. He was able to make great suggestions from his experience to help us decide what design to go for. When it came to the actual build they were super organised and had everything prepared and ready to go. Rowland was fantastic and we hardly noticed that the team was here. They arrived early, worked all day and left everything clean and tidy each night. The room was up and finished within three weeks and we absolutely love it. We couldn't recommend the team enough, they did exactly what they said they would, when they said they would and nothing was too much trouble.
