Personel nie bardzo mi pomógł w doborze okularów,miałam wrażenie,że chcą się jak najszybciej mnie pozbyć. Doktor,który wykonywał badanie był bardzo miły i wszystko dokładnie wytłumaczył. Za to pani nie ma podejścia do pacjenta.

Nothing beats a proper optician. I didn’t personally find Downes as cheap as the cheap chains, but they are so much better value. Friendly, flexible, great service. The eyetest and the fitting both gave me confidence that I was dealing with professionals. For the first time in a long time I have great frames that fit properly, and lenses that actually meet my needs.

Great experience at Downes that you don't get from high street chains, staff are absolutely lovely Sarah in particular is knowledgeable and listens to you and is also incredibly great at styling. Great service. I've been going for years. Stylish new renovation and very friendly and helpful staff. Well pleased with my new Raybans! Only knocked a star off as they had less range of frames from last time. I used to get Police brand.

My experience was very pleasant from start to finish. I full consultation and diagnosis of my eyes was done and within a week I had my two new pairs of glasses which I am delighted with. This is my first time in wearing prescription Glasses. Definitely worth doing as I have been struggling for years, I’m putting it off having my eyes checked. Highly recommend, Lots of lovely frames to choose from and very reasonable price. Bonus is all the staff are lovely.
