Having used Doors Direct for a general garage door service and receiving great service we had no hesitation to call them when a spring on the double panel lift door snapped. The service provided was exceptional & with both cars locked in we were fortunate enough to have Mark (courtesy of Xena) diverted past our place en-route to his next job and have the repair carried out. Doors Direct is highly recommended as they provide exceptional service from prompt response to initial contact through to job completion & at fair and reasonable prices ..... bet there is a helping smile in the office :)

It goes without saying that Mark and Declan were thorough gentlemen and professional in their work. They even helped with checking our 4WD roof rack clearance was OK by 40mm after they reset the roller door heights. Nice touch guys. Prompt, professional, friendly and helpful.
