We can’t say enough good things about our experience with Chef Stefano, his wonderful wife, and their son.
From the beginning, meeting down at the cafe, to being shown the city and its history, to being welcomed into their home, down to the actual cooking and eating itself. We left feeling like we were saying goodbye to life long friends.
The cooking and layout is wonderful and intentional for all levels, from beginner to expects. Not to mention how delicious the food was. The afternoon was filled with wine, laughter, stories, and course after course.

We had the most amazing time at Chef Stefano’s home cooking class in Italy! From the moment we arrived, the chef and his family were so kind, welcoming, and friendly — it truly felt like cooking with old friends.
We learned to make classic bruschetta, creamy truffle eggs, and fresh truffle pasta — all absolutely delicious. Every step was hands-on, and the chef explained everything so clearly, sharing so much fascinating knowledge about truffles and Italian ingredients. You can tell they are truly passionate about their craft.
To top it all off, we enjoyed homemade ice cream for dessert, the perfect sweet ending to an unforgettable meal.
If you’re visiting Italy and want an authentic, warm, and delicious culinary experience, don’t miss this cooking class! It was one of the highlights of our trip.

This experience is a must for everyone who loves or wants to learn something about cooking. And all of this is accompanied by great hosts and great wine! Stefano and his wife welcomed us kindly into their beautiful home and showed us how to make pasta with truffles, scrambled eggs with truffles and bruschetta. We had a very pleasant and fun afternoon with them, lots of laughs and they gave us great advices about Umbria in general. If I come back, I will definitely come back to them again!
